absolute scam! The quality is so bad - can't believe I fell for it!

This is a scam!!! This is a ‘company’ based in China. If you are lucky enough receive anything from them it is likely to be a very poorly made garment that does not in anyway match the description and photographs on the website. Horrible material and very poorly put together. On request of a refund they will offer that YOU pay THEM another £26.50 so you can get an alternative item from the website. They have since offered me a 20% refund on an item I paid £36 for. This scam needs to be shut down!

Very poor quality, do not look as described. Cheap versions of the photos, do not buy!

This company is a scam. I ordered many items and they are very different to what's pictured on their website- awful material, poorly made, wonky proportions. They send the items separately all balled up in little parcels. Their refund process is farsical- they have asked me to pay for returns despite the items being completely sub standard- this is illegal. I have contacted my credit card company and I am arranging a charge back, DO NOT USE- stay away! Ordered on 8th April 25, received all the items over the past week- ALL horrendous

After falling for the scam website that looked authentic and pulled at the heart by saying it was closing due to a bereavement, and then as soon as I realised what Id done, and shipping was from China, my heart sank. Then I read the reviews which back my sentiment exactly. I waited several weeks to finally receive a very poor quality and ridiculous sized item of clothing. I'd chosen a size S, but the dress was more like a XL. The design was not terrible, but I'd not even be able to use the dress for fancy dress, it was that big. I'm angry I was ripped off big time. A complete joke and a scam I wish I'd known. What a waste!

I absolutely agree with all the comments, I also received 3 dresses in the poorest quality and nothing comparing to what the website says! I sent an email to say that I wanted my money back and all I got is an email saying that as courtesy I will get a a 30% discount and the goods to be returned to China.

We need to stop this going on, who can we report this. TO EVERYONE. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE IS A SCAM THERE IS NOT A STORE IN THE UK. the goods come from CHINA in the poorest quality ever!

Not received the dress I bought 3weeks ago. They say it’s been delivered and that it is my responsibility to claim from the courier company. Despite telling them that it is not my “job” and that it is theirs. They are now ignoring me.

This is a scam. Pretending to be an established London store, having to close for personal reasons. BUT...it doesn't exist, and never did. In reality, it's a Chinese warehouse flogging super-low quality rubbish. DON'T BUY FROM HERE.

I wish I had read reviews before buying. I ordered two dresses on 1st April and received them yesterday 22nd April in tiny packages. Very poor quality material and not worth the money. Very disappointed as bought for a wedding. Sizes not right and material synthetic and like paper thin.
Also very creased.

Just have others have said, this is a scam website. First time I've fallen for this - if it looks too good to be true, it is. Lesson learned.
To be fair, dresses arrived today after v long wait, but v cheap polyester material and badly sewn. I will now be trying to return.

Misleading website. The goods are shipped from China and are of awful quality - both the fit and material. Please avoid!!! Don’t fall for the scam. This website has NOTHING to do with London. What’s worse is that they are using fake personal story to fool people. The website also falsely claims “4.8/5 stars based on 9620 reviews”. All fake data. Their dress is not even worth £2. Also, seems like they are adding fake 5 start reviews here as well.

Wish I had read this before ordering. Goods took an absolute age to arrive and when they did the quality was appalling. Despite the name of this business saying London it’s entirely a Chinese outfit and returns are costly. They also try their best to gaslight you into keeping goods with promises of partial refunds and discounts. They are basically everything that is wrong with the fashion world. I thought I was buying from a small business in London. Despicable. Avoid like the plague

There are multiple videos about this being a scam website. They imply they are a London based store, but the website was set up this January. They do not state a business address. I’ve read the clothes can be found for a fraction of the cost on Chinese wholesale websites. Not a London store closing down, selling high end goods. I tried to cancel (too late) and then asked for a return address and was told I will need to pay high delivery costs to return to China. Don’t make the same mistake I did!

Exceptionally misleading website which tells you they are closing down due to 'personal circumstances' and that you are getting massively reduced clothes. What a poor marketing ploy that fooled me along with many others who have written similar feedback. The clothes are not even worth the limited price that is charged for them. Atrocious quality and not consistent with website at all. DO NOT BUY

If I could give 0 stars I would. Please don't fall for this scam! It wasn't until after I purchased the dresses I figured out it isn't as it seems. The dresses haven't come from a High end shop as it states on the website. They are extremely quality dresses from China. I regret ever coming across this site and now struggle with returning. The dresses look awful and they're so see through.

A Scam
The dress I ordered in a small would fit about three of me in it! It is poorly made, poor quality fabric, no care label, no label at all. It has come from China, with no return details. Wish I had read the reviews first!

Avoid avoid avoid! Scam cheap and nasty clothes waited ages, should have known better! Hope they rot, the clothes will for sure!

As others have said, this is a scam company and story.
There is no London store, and after receiving goods from China 3-4 weeks after ordering, the items are not as advertised, different pattern, colour, material etc. Quality is awful, clearly synthetic, and no labelling information on material.
