Luxe Hair Growth Serum

The Luxe Hair Growth serum was used for 3 months as directed. It worked well, however there is an issue with the bottle/dropper. The dropper is not long enough to reach the bottom of the bottle. As the level of the serum in the bottle decreases, so does the amount of serum in the dropper. There is no line on the dropper for the prescribed amount of serum. The serum drawn is variable - 2-3 partial dropper amounts to make one full near the end, then unable to get all serum out of the bottle.

Don't trust this company

They don’t work, and the company refuses to honor their so-called “satisfaction guarantee.” I’ve been going back and forth with them for over a month, and all they offer is store credit — not the full refund they promise.

The product failed completely, and their customer service is just as bad. This company is not trustworthy. Save your money and stay away

update as you can see I am still getting the runaround with the company. In a private email I received the offering of a partial refund and store credit. I am still receiving their runaround and refusal to stand behind their full refund satisfaction guaranteed so once again do not waste your money or time with this fraud of the company.

SOLD ILLEGALLY AND UNSAFE!!

Product is sold ILLEGALLY in the uk and hasn’t been tested for safety! DONT BUY!

I have only been using it for a few…

I have only been using it for a few weeks but have noticed that hair loss has decreased. I am still using and hoping to get even better results. What I like is that it’s not greasy so I can apply during the day as well as at night.

DONT GIVE THESE SCAMMERS YOUR MONEY

DO NOT BE TAKEN IN BY THIS SCAMMING COMPANY. HAIR SERUM DOES NOT WORK AT ALL. THEY DO NOT HONOUR THEIR MONEY BACK GUARANTEE NOR DO THEY RESPOND TO EMAILS. THEY SEND EMAIL UPON EMAIL TRYING TO GET YOU TO SPEND, SPEND, SPEND BUT WHEN THERE'S AN ISSUE THEY COMPLETELY IGNORE YOU. THEY WANT YOUR MONEY BUT ARE DISHONEST, TELL LIES AND OFFER PROMISES AND GUARANTEES THEY HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO INTENTION OF KEEPING. PLEASE DONT GIVE THEM YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY, THEY DO NOTHING TO DESERVE YOUR CUSTOM. I ONLY GAVE ONE STAR BECAUSE I HAD TO BUT THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE THAT. WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.

This is a SCAM

This is a SCAM. It’s been a month and still not received my items and now tracking says it was delivered but I have not recieved any items or packages from them. They are not responding to my customer service messages and have not received any refund from them. When I looked for the company on the BBB it says not found. Be aware!

This company is an absolute joke they…

This company is an absolute joke they have taken out of my account for payments for hair serum and I've not received one of them they never updated my address to send me the right products to the right address I've emailed them pretty much every day for the last month telling them it's the wrong address I still haven't heard anything from them about having a refund for the products that I've never received stay well clear of this company

I purchased this product

I purchased this product, followed ALL directions to the letter on the evening of 10/17. The morning after on 10/18 I woke up with eyes swollen shut and blisters on my eyelids. The burning pain was unimaginable. I had an allergic reaction to the adhesive on the lash pads. The blisters were just under where the adhesive strip was. I reached out to customer service to request a refund, but instead of telling me how to process my refund, they are sending “tips” on what to do if the product injures you. I do not need tips. I need a REFUND. After 4 emails still getting “tios” and still waiting to get instructions on how to get a refund. The customer service is unconscionable. They should be ashamed of themselves not offering refunds when the product injures a customer. If no action is taken to provide a refund I plan to take action against this company.

I STILL HAVE NOT RECIVED MY ORDER FROM THE 11 OF DECEMBER. IT WAS A CHRISTMAS GIFT AND I HAVE CONTACTED YOUR EMAIL TWICE WITH NOT RESPONSE FROM YOU. I WANT A REFUND SINCE I DID NOT RECEIVE THE PRODUCT. I AM CONTACTING MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY TODAY TO REVERSE THE CHARGES.

Order takes forever

Placed order Dec 1, order was ready to ship by Dec 4. I ordered these as a Christmas gift thinking I had plenty of time to receive them. Christmas past and my order still has no arrived. I reached out to their customer service email which was absolutely awful. I got back a very generic message and no updates on why it was taking my order so long to ship out. After a week of getting nowhere with customer service, which by the way there is no phone number to speak to an actual representative, I contacted my credit card to retract the charge. It was only then did I get a email from Luxe Cosmetics with updates on my order and it is finally now in transit. It is Dec 31, I still have no received my order. I will never order from this place ever again. I don't care how good the product is. The customer service is terrible.
