Emmanuel Damilola Olorunfemi Is the CEO of this company he uses Indians and co to protect himself from this business as he doesn’t have papers to be in the uk let alone make money legally he is sending Court letters under someone name called PUL or pal after he has taking matters with the courts he continued to harass and threaten and threaten family members and has turned a civil case into violence.

Complete scammers. I was sent some fake Jordans instead of the Jimmy choos I ordered. When I disputed the payment I was contacted via WhatsApp and told I had 24 hours to cancel the dispute or they would drive to my house and collect the money from whoever was at home and it was in my best interests or it would become a bigger problem.

Reported to police but clearpay still gave them the money as they provided a tracking number for their FAKE crap. STAY AWAY!!!!

I ordered a Canada goose jacket for my mum which arrived this morning.
I was also gifted a free moncler jacket as it was my first time shopping with them.

Very generous customer service and professional service.

They are scammers.
They send you fake items and then when you message them to complain, they try to offer you an exchange. When you refuse and say you want a full refund, they stop replying to your messages and your emails.
Terrible company and terrible customer service. Business should be banned and reported to the police.

DOESN’T DESERVE A SINGLE STAR!!! Complete waste of money, they explicitly stated via WhatsApp they sell original products. WRONG THEY ARE FAKE. Bags zip broke, sent it back to them as they suggested, never received a refund or replacement. Ignored messages. One bag had a different brands lining, so how they can claim they sell authentic I don’t know. Trading Standards reported and they are building a case against them

They both arrived in good condition and on time through EVRi Courier Delivery Service this morning.

I was given a discount code for my next order as it was my first time shopping with them.

Complete rubbish store, I ordered Nike tech tracksuit and Nike supreme air force 1 and they did not bring my order for the past 3 weeks they bought an order yesterday that was completely wrong and not my order. I have disputed the charge with my bank. Luxdiscount is a fraudulent business.

I had to give a star otherwise there would be none. Fake clothing came to my house. But because it took so long I'd already contested it with my bank. Turns out I was right too. Only thing I'm down the return fee, I was advised off trading standards to return the goods. Haha

Amazing customer service!
Jamie from the customer service team offered me a free item just because my order arrived 1 day later than I anticipated which was the fault of the courier company not lux discount. I was also given a discount code for next time.
