Great product

Update…. I have just received my product. Will update review when I’ve had a chance to test it. ………I am still waiting delivery. According to the tracking system my delivery is working its way round the UK. It is now in Croydon who have rejected it and I’ve been told to contact the courier to arrange delivery! Why? They have my address. I don’t even know who the courier is. They are not based in the UK. I have emailed Lux Cove but they are not responding! Not happy

The product is exactly as described. Quick delivery and good price. Not used as yet so can’t comment on how effective the item is.

Great product, only issue was it was bought as a gift and stated 3-5 days UK delivery but actually took 10 working days which meant it was late for the date required

I received a faulty item that only vibrated intermittently and had 3 coloured lights not 7 as advertised. Although their site offers 30 day returns and despite 5 emails, they would not provide a return address. What a con!

Explanation perfect, advise perfect. Quick efficient delivery packed with care. Price range really good. Felt safe and buying. Very trustworthy. Have already reccomended to friends

Fantastic little gadget, can’t believe the difference with the lines/wrinkles on my face!!definitely recommend (not sure if the buzz/vibration is supposed to be permanent tone when using because mine is often intermittent,so not sure if I’ve got a faulty device 😞

Website was easy to navigate with good introductory offers. Product was good value and definitely works to reduce facial bloating and increase skin smoothness. I like that there are different colour modes to choose from.

Product seems ok but I have yet to see a difference after 3 weeks of use. Vit c serum seems too light for my skin but I shall keep using and hope for some improvements in time.

I purchased the Lux Cove and the first time I.tried to charge the devive ip it wouldn't do anything. I contacted the company and e.mailed them with a video of what the problem was i did this over four times nothing but the same e.mail.back asking if I.had tried different ports ect.still waiting for a address yo send it back. Very dissatisfied

Very good, use on blue to get temperature hot, then switch to red
