Stay away from this company.
Everything is sold with a discount. Their return policy at the same time states that they don't accept to take back products bought with a discount. Meaning that you can't return a product since there is a discount connected to all purchases..... Which in my case is a problem since it is a really low quality product far away from what was advertised.

Cannot return items; bad customer service in general. Bad quality of clothing.

Ordered gps tracker for my kid but it keep showing chinese location instead of sweden. Emailed customer service but they keep arguing that their product is fine. I habe stopped payment i klarna and have asked them for return label. This doesnt look like a good store dont buy from them.

Do not buy from them,customer service is a disgrace
I wanted to return unopened product as We had ordered incorrectly and contacted them the same day
They acted dumb after replying several times,each answer taking 3 days in between
The last mail saying a 7 day period has passed so I can't return them
You dont have to be intelligent to see what they are doing here
Never ever again and would advise to use another company

I purchased 2 pants but got one pair of pants and i turtleneck sweater. Return policy are 14 days and you pay the fee to Kina. Be aware of this company!!!!!

This is a drop ship from China. "Their" products can be found on Amazon.

Most likely not a Swedish company, as the Swedish is off. Like; "Betal senere" Dead giveaway! :D

Also, the "On sale" is probably not legitimate.

So, please stay away from it!

I didn't reseved what I ordered. I resev defected winter coat what even didnt look like picture. They don't answer. Bad shop don't send any thing from them
