SCAMMERS!!!!!
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SCUMMY BUSINESS. I order something following a link on an ad on Instagram, advertised as a free item which I had to pay only for shipping. 10 days later they start charging my credit card for things I didn't order without my consent.
I've sent three emails and filled out a form on their website without getting back any reply from them. I never agreed to any subscription, or recurring orders, or any additional products. I had to call my bank and cancel my credit card in order to stop the recurring charges.
Scamm, they are a scammer ,bigger scammer

Absolute scammers
And they’ve stolen £100’s off me. I’ve repeatedly asked them to cancel my subscription, they told me they had and I’m still being charged.
DO NOT ORFER ANYTHING FROM THIS SCUMMY BUSINESS
I did not purchase anything from Luvost. However, two withdrawals were made from my bank account in Luvost's name. I am attaching these documents. I request a refund as soon as possible.
I have not received the product and I am no longer interested in receiving any more products.

I placed one single order only, advertised as a free item with shipping, which I paid one time.
After that, without my consent:
• The product name and packaging were changed after the purchase
• A second item was sent and charged at full price, even though I did not order it
• The purchase was converted into a subscription without disclosure or consent
• The following day, I was charged again for another item (~$60) that I never ordered
• Further charges were attempted with different amounts and items, despite no additional purchases from my side
I never agreed to a subscription, trial conversion, recurring billing, or additional products.
When I contacted support, they stated that a “subscription was cancelled,” which confirms that a subscription was created without my authorization, and advised me to block or replace my card instead of properly addressing the unauthorized charges.
As a result, I had to escalate the issue through my bank to stop further billing.
This review is written to warn other consumers. I recommend exercising extreme caution, especially with “free + shipping” offers from this company.
I had received this product so I have no idea , on this product.
I suggest you contact your courier to find out where it is, i can see on my bank account that you have charged me twice on the 6th of January 2026 my bank is aware of this fraudulent deduction from my account and is just waiting for you to take the money as it is in pending right now.
As soon as you take the money. The fraud team will be stepping in to recover my funds.
