I needed another link for my prong collar & it fitted perfectly and now it a lot more comfortable for my dog.
Item was delivered very fast.

I wouldn’t pay attention to any of these reviews. The customer service experience I received from LuvMyDog has been exceptional. From start to finish, he pointed me in the right direction. We had a lengthy chat on the phone before I made the purchase, just to make sure the product I was ordering was the right fit. Most of the companies you order for these tools do not have a contact number and a human on the end of the phone to talk to, LuvMyDog does. Within a day I had got my order. They are an official Herm Sprenger dealer, go and ask Herm Sprenger for yourselves. Advice for those buying, ring the contact number, speak to the seller and he will guide you in the right direction before buying. He genuinely wants to help owners and their dogs out. Five star, exceptional.

Where do I start? I used this company via Ebay after thinking I'd save some money, as their items were cheaper than elsewhere, ignoring the poor reviews and thinking is this too good to be true? (always trust your gut instinct and trust pilot!)

I ordered a Herm Sprenger prong coller and the rubber caps that fit it separately so my dog could get training on this particular coller safely.

The coller arrived on its own, without the rubber caps. No instructions, no packaging just thrown in an envelope and posted (the quality wasn't that great either for £40, I suspect these are NOT originals anyway. The coller seemed like a cheap chinese knock off and flimsy).

This company also stated that there was no postage to be paid for rubber studs purchased with any coller, again they charged me and I had to send several emails just to get £1.40 postage refunded!

I contacted the seller which is this company through the contact seller button on ebay. He stated that he'd personally packed my coller and the rubber caps and that they were in the same envelope. They were not. So I contacted him again via Ebay and he denied that he had not sent them.

I went through Ebay to find that he had then requested a review of my claim,and lied on ebay.

He never did post them together as they had two different despatch dates! As if by magic eh?

This seller and company will rip you off that few extra quid and try his best to get away with it. If you use them via Ebay be prepared for a fight of messege ping-pong! if you've any issues he will then block you so you cannot send messeges or leave negative feedback regarding the company, hence I have also been scammed like so many so I am here leaving a transparent and honest review.

My best advice is to avoid him and this fly by night company, I wonder how much they've made a few quid here, a few quid there from each person they've ripped off?

PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND AVOID THESE FLY BY NIGHTS!

Find a reputable and honest supplier, or go direct to Herm Sprenger!

Will not be recommending, will never use again and I will try and educate as many people as possible about these penny pinching cowboys!

Honestly, atrocious customer service avoid this company.

I ordered a collar from them and it broke after just 4 days. I was told that my 5 month old puppy was to powerful for the collar yet I know people that used the collar on dogs that are 40kg with no issues.
They refused to refund me and replace the product witch was far from cheap.

Never buy from this company if you want any sort of quality control.

Bought a herm sprenger neck tech off this guy,anyhoo the ferrule failed and I asked him to fix it or send it back and have it fixed,away his message was abrupt and blamed me for breaking it and wouldn't fix or replace as the bit couldn't be got ,a friend fixed it for £2.50 off ebay,I would avoid this seller and the 1 star I give was 1 too many,I doubt if even his mother could like him

Found Luv my dog online, website was very detailed and well priced. I wanted a specific make collar which I did initially order the wrong size my own mistake and was told to return for a replacement (correct size). Arrived both times swiftly and will definately recommend and use again.

Ordered prong collar, delivery took 5 days which isn't all bad, the 2nd time using the collar I gave a light correction and the chain snapped.
Contacted lum my dog by email and was told that I had ordered the wrong size collar and as such, they wash there hands of it. Beware before buying from them as they do not want to refund or even offer a discount when things go wrong.

Quality product, great price. Super fast delivery, I ordered Sunday evening and received my items on Tuesday. Also they came with helpful information leaflets too. Would highly recommend

The best shop for dogs. I ordered twice from them already, products which they sell are the best quality, delivery service is the fastest I ever experienced, I couldn't be more happy with their services, I will definitely order again.
