I purchased a chainsaw but never…
I purchased a chainsaw but never received an email confirmation of purchase- only a receipt. Waited a couple of days before reaching out on their site via chatbot. Got a response that it would be shipped the day of but never received any email yet again. I tried contacting them again on (10/22/26) via their chatbot but once they got my info, they immediately removed the chat access. I'm going for a refund. These guys are scammers!

Ordered a stove but never received an email confirming it was shipped or any status update for that matter. Called 20 times and followed up via email with no luck over a 3 week period. Will be requesting a refund through credit card company.

Ordered lawnmover via luvians.shop on…
Ordered lawnmover via luvians.shop on 9/5/2026. Never got an e-mail to indicate the order was accepted. Company doesn't answer their phone or chat session. The particular lawnmower was never taken off website or marked as sold. Called Paypal Credit to dispute on 9/9/2026. Will take up to 60 days to find out if my dispute was successful.
