I paid for express ndd only to have been told the warehouse had proposed it going out,after contacting the team or was then out out for dispatch which was followed by an email from the carrier saying it was ready then a few mins later another to say the supplier has cancelled dispatch so emailed again to be told it’ll be out for Saturday which I did receive however the postage I paid for was not honoured an as my contract was with Luvero a partial refund should’ve been offered an wasn’t an that’s common courtesy for not honouring our contract not something a customer should have to ask for so that’s why 3 stars an I shan’t be ordering again shoukd any off this be denied in a response I’ve all my screen shots from them an dispatch

I had done two orders second was dispatched delivered very quickly but order was slow not to dispatch in the order details were correct sent email just over 10 days after my to clarify my details all I got was load nonsense about house number which is very clear in the order details and so nonsense about email they said then on 6 March I didn't receive any email and the other I did came to my correct as said that said I am very pleased with my items and the excellent over dispatch and delivery of my items today how it was lot better
