I have had one of their blenders since 2021. It suddenly stopped working so I emailed them today. With photos sent to Luvele, a new part was ordered it is on its way. Fabulous service, thank you Tim and the team.

I have several Luvele products, recently I encountered a problem, Luvele support rectified my problem within 12 hours on the support email, within 24 hours I now have a part enroute by Australia post at 9 pm Friday night with a tracking delivery Wednesday 3 working days not bad Luvele thumbs up from me

I love the Luvele products. The quality is great and the service is amazing.

I was reluctant to try the Luvele blender because it wasn’t as visually pleasing to me as other brands. WELL I am now a Luvele for life. I am so pleased that there is zero plastic in contact with my food, therefore no “melting plastic” smells when blending. The temperature gages are super helpful. But most of all, this blender has power. I have used it everyday since I received it and not once have I been frustrated with ingredients clumping around the blade. I didn’t know what I was missing out on until now. Did I mention that it’s super easy to clean? The jug rinses out really well too (between blends)

I've been wanting to make oat milk yogurt for sometime but didn't want to get bogged down with all sorts of special equipment; especially since I wasn't sure I'd like the final product. I was sure that I didn't like my available oat milk yogurt options where I live. In searching for recipes specifically for oat milk yogurt, the Luvele site came up and I was quickly taken by the video (Joe, was his name) about making oat milk yogurt. I looked at a lot of other sites, but kept returning to Luvele.
The video was so helpful, I must have watched it 4-5 times. The yogurt maker had lots of favorable reviews regarding its ease of use and its reliability. I was also taken with the yogurt maker's overall size (Not too big). I appreciated the option for a single container and I thought it was reasonably priced. I bought one!
It arrived in less than a week (To the Sierras in Northern California), and I immediately jumped into making my 1st batch. I started to get concerned about a couple of things (if the silicone sleeve could remain on during incubation and if I might need to add gelatin for thickening), so I shot off an email to Luvele Support. In less than 24 hours Tim responded, answering my questions and encouraged me with suggestions. He was great!
In the end our oat milk yogurt was TERRIFIC! Start to finish it was fun, it's delicious and I expect we'll get many years of homemade dairy free yogurt and sour cream.
I'm very pleased with my purchase - and it's awfully cute sitting on the counter.

Very impressed with the yogurt maker, fast delivery, excellent protective packaging, and the quality of both the machine and ceramic jars is very good. Now on my third fermentation of L.Reuteri and first for L.Gasseri and have had no problems at all, the machine works its magic perfectly. Once set it just gets on with the process, quietly and faultlessly. Have also contacted Tim at Luvele regarding a jar issue and was replied to quickly, kindly, and resolution was instant. Great service, so good to experience in todays uncaring world.

Great customer service! I’ve been a Luvele customer since 2019, and love their yogurt maker (which has been reliable and accurate since the day it arrived). When I got into making L. Reuteri yogurt (which can be a little fussy at first), they were so helpful in guiding me through. Today I had another small request for an email change (in anticipation of ordering another yogurt maker as a gift) and heard back SO quickly from Tim in Luvele Support. My issue was solved so fast and personably, too. What an all-too-rare thing in the world today… So, get your yogurt maker and other wonderful equipment from Luvele. It’s important to support these kinds of businesses!

Just received my luvele yougart maker, connecting lead for power not suitable in Ireland! What a mess!! I was so looking forward to making yougart.

I live in Ireland and researched yoghurt makers - I was very interested in the Luvelle Brand. I had contacted the Uk one, but was told to order through the EU one. I did not find this a problem. You do need an adaptor for the plug (but you can purchase a pack of 2 online through well-known stores quit cheaply). I have bought several more items from Luvelle EU since I bought the yoghurt maker. When I have emailed with an enquiry Tim has responded with a friendly efficient manner and to date I am very happy with the company. I would recommend the EU branch of Luvelle.

For many years hubby and I have vac sealed our foods. I have had many years of experience cooking and storing bulk meals due to busy work schedules, as well as our love of camping/4WDing. When planning 4WD/camping holidays we vac seal all our food so that it takes up less room and when we tour, we can take enough meals in our car fridge/freezer to last two weeks. It saves us loads of money not having to buy food all the time, and tonnes of time not having to cook everything from scratch every night. When we are not travelling, we are busy working and there is nothing better than coming home to a homemade meal that’s ready to go in minutes. We vac seal everything flat and to thaw we either get the meal out and pop in the fridge the night before or just put the bag in a little cold water in the sink and it thaws in no time. Currently I have about 30 different meals in my freezer and 90% of them are vac sealed.
We have owned MANY different vac sealers over the years, and our vac sealers definitely get a workout in my kitchen! We bought the Luvele Deluxe Pro 2 years ago and seriously; this unit has never skipped a beat and is an absolute work horse! We’ve never had a failed seal, we’ve never had a single issue with the unit itself, and the food comes out looking and tasting as fresh as it was when it went in. Recently, I’ve become a dedicated gardener who is working towards becoming self-sufficient with food. This means I now dehydrate or freeze, and vac seal my bulk herbs and vegies. We have a huge volume of vac sealed items in our house at any time now. The Luvele Deluxe Pro has been an absolute game changer. The handle alone is one of the reasons why I will never NOT have one of these in my home. If you’ve only ever owned the push down style, you are going to love this feature so much! It handles soups and saucy foods no problem with the wet ingredient and manual pulse and seal functions, and the fact that it double seals means we have complete confidence that it will never leak in our freezer. I have now bought the Deluxe Pro for both of my children who work full time, who are now enjoying the convenience and cost savings that this vac sealer brings to them. I highly recommend the Luvele Deluxe Pro to anyone who is looking for a great vac sealer that will handle large volumes and any type of food product.

The yoghurt maker has been super easy to use, your videos on YouTube are super helpful, your staff are super helpful, and the quality of the products are super high. I'm super happy to have invested in your products.

As sent to the owner regarding rectangular vacuum containers with pump plus extra containers and NO plastic! The communication regarding different questions was fabulous and a welcome change to the generic answers dished out by others.
"G'day Tim, just have to say we are well impressed with your product and your company. Speedy delivery (from Sydney to Melbourne), very well packaged products, attractive design and it works. Effortlessly! It was a lot of little things we respected. How the items were packaged with individually wrapped tissue paper and cardboard, the silicon rubber cord tie, the quality and choices of material in the production. There's more but we'll leave it that for the moment. Thanks again. All the best for Christmas and 2025."

Hi, I recently wanted to purchase the Luvele Pure Plus Yoghurt Maker and Blender. I am based in Ireland so attempted to purchase through luvele.co.uk.
However, on checkout was advised by the site that I was required to make the order via luvele.eu.
I went to make the purchase but wanted to check first if the cables provided via luvele.EU would cater for Ireland as we are the same as the UK on TYPE G Plug ( 3 flat rectangular pins).
I couldn't find any way to contact them except via email so I emailed them to enquire.
17 hrs later they replied -
"Our EU stock will come with an EU power plug, so you will need to use an adaptor or purchase a British power cord. Our Yogurt Makers has a detachable cord."
So effectively Luvele EU advised that they don't cater for Irish based customers and that we are being made to purchase additional items - either a Type G Plug power cable or an EU-UK plug adaptor.
This would be the case for every electrical item purchased. Very disappointed.
Please be warned !

Beautiful product and easy to use.
made three batches of L-Reuteri yogurt so far.
Getting better each time, third batch thick and creamy no need to add extras unless you want to.
Good company to buy from and gave very helpful advice. Fast delivery in UK where i live.

I have a ultimate meat grinder which is a great bit of kit, it's very reliable. I had a slight problem with the head and tray, they accidentally got put into the dishwasher, I wouldn't advise that at all it strips off the Nickle plating!!
I had a few communication problems with Luvele uk, it would greatly help if they had a phone as a contact as well as online for us older generation.
However thanks to Tim, he has sorted it for me and I have received a nice shiny new head and tray this afternoon. When we got to communicate it took 2 days to come, great service in the end.

I am blown away by Luvele... By the quality of their products and their incredible customer service. I have 3 of their products and they are all amazing and used daily. I recently moved to another country and they still sent me a spare part I needed free of charge. I just love you guys. Thank you so much. Excited to see what new products you bring out in the future. I know they'll be awesome too :)

The Luvele yogurt maker was, in a word, love at first sight for me :-D Not only in appearance (I love the way it looks!) but also functionally. It's very easy to use. Just fill it up, turn it on and within a few hours you have your own yummy yogurt. And you can use it not only for yogurts, but I also make amazake, fermented spreads and vegan cheeses in it. The 4 containers are very handy so I can make multiple types of yogurt in one batch (I use also ingredients like millets, rice, oats, soy, poppy seeds, etc.). I am really happy with it and I would recommend it to everybody like I do it in my plant-based yoghurt e-book which I created thx to Luvele yoghurt maker:)
