I purchased my Luvele Pure Yoghurt Maker nearly 8 months ago after a friend told me about it. Was the best purchase I have EVER made. I use it fortnightly to make my yoghurt and all my friends I have recommended this to LOVE it equally. Wasn't sealing properly today, emailed for advice and received a reply in minutes(was my fault). Great service, great product. Highly recommend this.

Luvele is an absolute pleasure to do business with. As a customer, I have been treated like royalty. They go above and beyond to make their customers happy! And on top of that the products that we have purchased from them are of the highest quality and work beautifully! I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!

I own two Luvele products, the vacuum sealer and the meat grinder both of which have been excellent products. I came across an issue with the grinder where a friend had put certain parts through a dishwasher which is a no no! I contacted Luvele to see if these parts could be replaced as they’re not listed on the website. I received a quick response from the team and was assured that they will replace the parts foc as I was a loyal customer. I have never before experienced such fantastic customer service as this before and was very grateful for the kind gesture. It’s these type of companies that set themselves apart from others. Customer service of the highest order!! Well done team Luvele 👏👏👏

Luvele has fabulous storage containers. I use them for everything and they work wonderfully well. They're great for keeping foods fresh and especially guacamole that stays green and fresh much longer than I expected. My lettuce will last three times longer as well as many other foods too. Since the air is removed it also makes the foods taste crisper and look better. It's nice to be able to see what is stored in the containers so you're never guessing what you have stored in your fridge. I love Luvele products and their customer service. Their yogurt maker is my favorite and their blender is one of the best I have used. I highly recommend this company. 5 STARS!!

Stellar customer service! Tim is wonderful. I am extremely happy with the yogurt maker. I use it 3 times a week. It works perfectly and it’s so cute! It makes me smile :) I’m a customer for life! Their videos are very helpful, too.

The Luvele yogurt maker came on time and in excellent condition. It's extremely easy to use! I'm making L. reuteri strain yogurt using the Dr. William Davis recipe. It turns our great! I've made 5 batches in the past month and all have turned our great!

I love the Luvele products and the company's philosophy. I try to minimize my use of plastics overall and Luvele's products (and even their packaging!) are in-line with my objectives.

The Yogurt maker is so fantastic I simply cannot live without it and have now also gifted it to a number of family members and friends. I use it for making the Dr. William Davis L. reuteri recipe, amongst other recipes with different strains.

I also bought your Blender as a gift for my mom and she has reported fantastic results (much more powerful than her previous machine). And of course I like the stainless steel container.

I'm one of the 13,000 people that belong to the Australian Raw Fed Cats facebook page, run by Raw Meow. A great many of the members had a Luvele mincer and raved about it. But when I went onto the website, I decided I needed a new yoghurt maker instead. The Luvele one is magnificent for my 2 to 3 batches a week - and much improved from my 25 year old one. Then I got the Luvele dicer/mincer. OH MY!! What used to take an hour to dice raw meat into sizeable chunks now only takes 10 minutes! And SO easy to clean!! I minced 1/2 kg of salmon in 1 minute for salmon rissoles! Now I'm saving up for a dehydrator (for cat food, of course) !!! And it's all Australian. BIG BONUS POINTS !!!

First time making LReuteri Yogurt and it came out perfect! I followed Dr. Davis recipe using Organic 1/2 and 1/2.

Yes, the lids did pop up, but now understand that is normal. I just popped the vacuum and reset.

2nd batch fermenting now, up next, a 4 strain yogurt!

I have 3 Luvele products now and love each one. The quality of the products are just what I want and trust. When I am going to purchase any product I do a lot of research and read reviews. What I have learnt and what I know, is you can’t beat the Luvele brand. They really do what they promote.

Great experience with Tim from Customer Support yesterday, who helped me out instantly with an error code on my beloved Luvele. I had just returned from vacation and forgotten how to use the machine properly... I never put water in the base before turning it on! No wonder I got the error - the machine works fine! Thanks again Tim for getting me back on track :-)

I can't say enough good things about every Luvele product I own. Wonderful products and wonderful company to deal with! I'm looking forward to my next Luvele item to add to my kitchen.

Excellent product and customer service! I needed a spare part. I got email support within hours, got a quote and had confirmation of order all in a day.
This was for a yoghurt maker which is truly excellent. The product videos on YouTube are helpful and so are the written instructions. It looks good and everything feels like it’s a quality product. We find ourselves eating more yoghurt than we used to since the home made yoghurt tastes so good and can be replenished every day if necessary!

I am always impressed by the support of luvele staff.
They answer my questions immediately even on a Sunday!

Today I had Tim who helped me with working my vacuum sealer canisters and the also informed me that the handle of the vacuum sealer should be in the locked position to use the canister setting.
Thank you Tim it’s working fine now.

A PIECE OF HEAVEN ON EARTH.
- I bought 'Stainless steel jug and the Plastic one', both used for 'Nuts/Cakes/flavor of milk' and a few more things, and couldn't be happier - terrific, most terrific for smoothies, uh! Love the High-Speed, too easy to clean, and most of all, too hygienic - looks stunning as well..! No words to describe what lovely outcomes has this Blender. I've used many different brands in life but none and I really mean that none can compare to the Luvele Blender and to the Luvele itself as a Brand! Almost bought all the 'Luvele Devices' and am very happy and amazed with all of them - starting from Blender/Yogurt Maker/ Mincer/Vacuum Sealer/Vacuum Container & Hand Pump/ La Thermometer/ Yogurt Books ... & my final purchase will be 'Dehydrator!' Highly, too highly recommend it, without thinking twice - Whoever wants to feed themselves and loved ones healthy should buy all the terrific 'Luvele Devices' and believe me that you will never regret it! I am a person who very rarely leaves any feedback, so, if I did for Luvele it means I am brutally honest..! Knowing Luvele for 3 months now, has changed my life 100% - so let Luvele change yours too!

My Luvele vacuum machine is absolutely brilliant. I used to have a cheaper unit that required me to wait 5 minutes after every sealing operating. The Luvele can work as fast as I do.
I wish I could get the same level or support and swift response that I do from Luvele. I keep very odd hours and their response has been amazingly fast.

I bought my first Luvele product - the Yogurt Maker, a few years ago. It is very easy to use, and, most importantly, makes perfect yogurt (I use Made By Cow milk and Inside Out coconut milk with Bacillus Bulgaricus culture - so I don't even have to heat the milk). It arrived quickly which was great. Recently, I broke the jug and was sent a new one that arrived within days. Such exemplary service. My next purchase was the Vibe Blender. This is by far the best blender I've ever had (and I've had a Vitamix); and I love the stainless steel jug. Creamed cauliflower, pear puree, and pesto are among our favourite things to make in it. Finally, I recently bought the Breeze Dehydrator. I'm still experimenting with different recipes, but having access to the Luvele You Tube channel - and the blog - makes it all very easy. All the recipes are so easy to follow, and the presentation is great. The silicone sheets and the roll-up sheets make everything so easy - and mango roll-ups are a real hit. My next purchase will be the Eclipse Meat Grinder - can't wait to make my own sausages! I love the products, and the service, and would recommend them without reservation.

Once again I come to heap praise upon this most excellent company. I have three of their products in use, all three do exactly what they claim to do and do it seamlessly! Their customer service is simply the best I have ever experienced. It’s really fast and goes above and beyond in backup and support. You can have absolute confidence in purchasing with these guys, they set the standard!
