I bought earrings from them. The shipping was included in the sale. Heres the issue... SIGNATURE FOR DELIVERY NOT REQUIRED! Luvansh didnt even give me the OPTION to require signature delivery. I assumed they wouldnt ship $800 of merchandise without it. Well, they did... and because of the rampant package theft going on in our whole country, especially in the middle of a giant city like Phoenix where I live, the package was stolen. After dozens of back and forth emails... Luvansh said its their policy to ship anything under $1000 without requiring the signature. After all was said and done, Luvansh said in short... "Oh well, sorry for the inconvenience." Fedex denied any type of claim. So here I am, NO merchandise and also, still owe my credit card $817. Choose another company with signature delivery to protect your money!!!!

Regarding their response…. THEIR “POLICY” doesn’t protect your money. If the package gets stolen…. YOU GET NOTHING. You cannot even CHOOSE to require signature delivery…. CHOOSE WISELY, choosing Luvansh might cost you money. And THEY DO NOT CARE. "

I was contacted by a senior staff member of Luvansh to discuss my issues. He was incredibly helpful and agreed that what happened and their in house policy has issues that should NEVER cost a customer their hard earned money. He has further insured that their shipping policy is currently undergoing changes to make sure that all customers are given the choice UP FRONT to select a signature to make sure their package isn't stolen. Luvansh OR FEDEX Or any company for that matter cannot guarantee a package will not be stolen, nor could they be held responsible for it... but he DID agree that the signature required delivery will insure that doesn't happen and that customers will be given that choice. If a customer CHOOSES not to have the product delivered with a signature, then the risk falls squarely on the customer.

Quick and easy, fast delivery and beautiful product! My husband and I picked out a wedding set for me and I’m truly obsessed and couldn’t love it any more!!! Will use this company again and also tell others to as well! If you’re thinking about it, just DO IT! You won’t be disapointed!

Purchased on day x and next day they were shipped and received within two days as advertised.

Bought 2ctw lab grown diamonds earrings. Got them check out for authenticity, and they are what they say they are. Very well priced for quality diamond for the naked eye. Wife should love them. Did not come with certificate of certification though. I believe you have to buy the items that specifically say that on the site.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but after months of dealing with the same issue repeatedly, I feel it’s important to share my experience.

I purchased a diamond ring from this company, and almost immediately after wearing it, stones began falling out. This was not due to misuse or damage on my end I wore the ring normally, and within less than 24 hours, diamonds started falling out. Since then, the ring has been sent back multiple times for repair.

What is most frustrating is that I have had the ring shipped out for repair longer than I have actually been able to wear it. This is now the third time the same issue has occurred. Get the ring wear it for 24 to 48hrs, diamonds fall out, send it back for repair and repeat.

After the third time, I wanted another solution, I expected them to offer a reasonable solution, instead the company continues to insist on repairing the same ring again or charging me $300 to add a gallery rail to secure the diamonds, which essentially means I’m expected to pay extra to fix a craftsmanship issue that should never have happened in the first place.

As a small business owner myself, I understand margins and policies but holding a customer responsible for a defective product due to poor craftsmanship is unacceptable. A ring that is marketed for daily wear should not lose stones the first time it is worn.

At this point, I simply requested an exchange for a different band that does not have the same structural issues, not even a refund. Unfortunately, the company has refused to accommodate this.

I would strongly encourage anyone considering purchasing from this company to carefully reconsider, especially for jewelry meant to be worn daily.

A luxury purchase should come with quality craftsmanship and customer support not repeated repairs and additional charges for design flaws.

Well, I ordered the diamond by the yard style in June of 2025, it is beautiful. Sadly, less than 6 months after it broke at the bezel, which seems a major design flaw. I had to pay to have it repaired, bc there is not warranty. I was frustrated by that, but paid. I had the necklace back for less than 2 weeks and it broke at the bezel again. They want another $150 to repair it again (which is now 1/2 the value of what I paid) and I am beyond frustrated by the customer service and the quality. I would look elsewhere before I invested in their product again. Sadly I had referred people here, but with this level of customer service and quality, I just can’t do that anymore. Do better with diamonds.

I received another order form Luvansh. I ordered a 1.40 ct lab pear and paid $40 in shipping to Canada. It was worth it! I searched for the pear based on Excellent specs and even got an online gemologist from Rare Carat to see if there are bowties.

I noticed that sometimes there are no shipping costs for ordering from Luvansh. It's a hit and miss! Their costs are the lowest compared to their competitors so that's why I kept on coming back!

Vince was solution oriented and very time efficient. He located the information I needed from my order and forwarded it to me in a matter of minutes. Ideal customer experience getting order information, no 20 questions, no run around.

I had the BEST experience with Luvansh. Their stone inventory is incredible along with the ability to sort based on very detailed criteria. I was able to choose an overall setting but not the specific setting - this made me a little nervous but I was absolutely blown away when I saw them! IGI certification was included for each one. Shipping was fast, customer service was really responsive and professional. This is now my favorite place to buy diamonds!

I was provided excellent customer service from Catherine. She helped me through the process of deciding the size necklace that best suit my needs. Every time I spoke with her she was patient and willing to stay on the phone with me until every question was answered. When I had an issue with my second order she helped me resolve it quickly and to my satisfaction. She was very patient and accommodating throughout the entire process. Her customer service skills are excellent and I’m very pleased with my experience.

Haven’t gotten my diamond yet, but customer service has been very quick to reply and helpful.
