Purchased a pair of shoes online and they never sent the product. The only way to contact customer service is through whatsapp message to which they are barley responsive. They finally acknowledged their failure to provide product and said I would receive a refund which I have yet to receive 2 months later and now it seems they've blocked me on WhatsApp or are no longer using that number because I can't get through to them any longer.
