Ok, so I ordered one pillow from this company. And eventually after about 3 months the pillow showed up. I think at least 1 month of this time is China Post being very slow. The pillow is decent, but considering the price and the waiting time, you will be better off going to a store buying a pillow that actually fits your needs.

If you want to buy a pillow from these anyway:
1. Expect NO costumer service at all. They don’t answer mails, contact forms or anything. You will receive an order confirmation, probably a notice that it takes longer than expected, and then finally a sending confirmation.
2. It takes very long time to get your product. I waited 3 months. Others claim they haven’t revived their product. You will eventually get a tracking number.

Like all the rest of the truthful reviews. This is a scam, they do not send the pillows - don't waste your time or money with them.

Please do not buy from these people. They do not send their goods, they do not fulfil their refund policy and they give lip service to your requests for updates until you request a refund, at which point they are gone. If you have had a similar "service" please record it here. I am not sure they even have a product to send.

I ordered two pillows. Delayed deliveries again and again and when I try to cancel my order I get no response. Please don´t order anything from this company - I sure wish I hadn´t.

never order anything from lushdreams, it's a fraud, since you will probably never get your product or if you get the fake product, you'll never get your money back anyways when returning it. I ordered in February 2021 and tried to cancel my order but they just stopped answering me and deleted the page for the product tracking. And kept my money.

I placed an order in November 2020 and I do not have my product. They were replying to my inquiry with standard emails saying product was mailed. They have now stopped replying to me. Refund my money, its March 2021!!!! This is ridiculous, worst experience.

I have placed and order since 04/24/2020 and still haven’t received my item and I have emailed them and no response like all I want is the item I ordered or my refund please and thank you! And someone better contact me ASAP. thank you.

I bought two high-quality pillows at a reasonable price and I like them. Easy to use, big enough and clean. I won’t sleep insomnia and my neck no longer hurts. Invest in your sleep quality you won’t regret it at all

Arrived to Portugal in 30 days at that time covid 19 can consider a fast delivery. Product as described by seller and quality. Super comfortable for sleeping and effect "memory foam". Enough light to the size. Brings offer a blindfold. Without doubt one of my best shopping so recommend buying and quality product the seller.

After several days sleeping pad without any defect to point. Super comfortable with support for neck. Eased immense my headaches back and with the effect elastic fits up flawlessly to contours head. I will buy more in future

I love it it is very nice and good , I hope it is longer on the size like 70cm but this is ok not a big issue. I have a Pain in the neck and sticking the pillow helped me overcome the pain ، now i can sleep good with good cost . Thanks it is recommended.
