Untrustworthy! Sells our privacy!
Scary company. Sells our privacy and make profit from it. Collects data from various sources, like email headers, social media accounts, and others, builds a profile from that data and sells it, of course without permission.
The worst thing is, you can't stop it.
This should be changed through appropriate laws. The use or sale of the data should only take place after active permission has been given.
Good data accuracy, could be more flexible on contracts
Good data accuracy, good customer support, a little on the expensive side, very little contract flexibility. Enjoyed using the service now moving onto another more flexible platform with equally good data accuracy and customer support.
GDPR enemies, please someone sue them
Not transparent on how they gather information. They claim to use business e-mail signatures (seems inappropriate to store such information when the mail is not directed to you), but they actually have my personal information.
I'm getting daily sales calls now, and I never even subscribed or submitted info..
Selling false information
As per lots of comments, this company has been selling my personal details to salesmen, who are bombarding me with calls. They are telling their paying customers that I work for a company that I have never even heard of, so everyone is wasting their time and money here.
Got my email from a security breach incident
Writing review now about an experience in 2022, which shall be still valid.
Their employee contacted me for a consultation, which is fine, however,
the email address he used comes from a Linkedin Security breach 2012 (verified on haveibeenpwned).
Since then I changed the email, but they still know the old mail, therefore this is a proof for me that they do not follow GDPR as they claim, but they get email addresses also from the black market.

Subject: Unusual Data Collection Incident - Urgent Cyber Security Measures
Dear readers,
I feel compelled to share my recent experience regarding a concerning incident that occurred at my workplace. I recently received an unexpected email reporting that my personal data has been collected and stored in the company database. What makes this situation particularly alarming is that it involves my work email, which until now was known only to a limited number of colleagues.
Immediately upon receiving this alarming notification, I reported the issue to the Cyber Security department of our company. This specialized department has confirmed that they are taking the matter seriously and will conduct a thorough investigation to determine the source and scope of this breach.
The careful and swift response from the Cyber Security department deserves appreciation, and the fact that they are committed to thoroughly investigating this matter gives me confidence that appropriate measures will be taken to ensure the security of our data.

I had a subscription to Lusha for a while as i had lots of credits i had not used. I wanted to downgrade my account for a month as I have time off over Christmas.
They will not let you change your subscription only cancel and start again meaning I loose all the credits I have paid for .Not happy will not be subscribing again.

They stole my money and refuse to give access to my account I paid for
This company has got my personal…
This company has got my personal details without my consent and linked them to the wrong individual. I am now receiving unwanted calls. I have looked through their website to request my details are removed, but they do not provide any way of greeting though to them. All forms are automated so expect you to provide more personal information that I do not wish for them to have access too.
No respect for personal data
They have my personal contact data and are selling it and I didn't consent, I've tried to get it removed and they say it takes up to 30 days (not acceptable), that is if you can find a way through their maze of jargon to be able to do this. My number is already with the TPS but they ignore this. I have reported to the ICO and will report every future call to the ICO and the TPS too, I have had enough.

Illegally gathered my information and now I’m being spam called daily!
I have never ever signed up with this company and have no idea how they managed to get my PERSONAL telephone number and information on where I work and what I do. But they’re distributing my information to companies who are now spam calling me.
Cannot be in conjunction with GDPR laws! I have never ever given my info or authorised this and no one to contact to request this to stop. So now I have to deal with daily harassment!
They are giving my details to their customers
Apparently Lusha is giving out my name and telephone number, as I have just received a call from someone thinking that I am a director at a company called August.
I have trawled through their website and it appears there is no way to contact them unless I subscribe to their business.
Judging by the other reviews, this may just be the start - if it gets bad I'll have to register just to contact them.
Very poor.
You become a spammer if using Lusha
They have somehow procured my mobile number, and I am now getting spam calls. I have requested to get removed from the Lusha database but still receive the same calls who all say they got my number from Lusha. 3 such spam calls just today. Totally unacceptable, and repeat attempts will now get reported to UK's ICO.
Promising free credits Waste of your time!
Promising free credits for total access to all your email accounts and then doesn't deliver on the free credits so dont fall for that one... the one phone number i did get was for the wrong person. if this worked it would be great but it doesnt and the fact they are conning people into signing up for free credits and then not delivering on that means your just waste time like i did trying it out... dont bother!
Incorrectly associating my phone number…
Incorrectly associating my phone number with other parties. Constantly receiving SPAM phonecalls as a result due to people looking to speak with people who have the same name at other companies.
Infuriating - not sure if Lusha completely incompetent and/or illegal.
Farms information illegally
Farms information illegally. Even worse, they get the information wrong. So I know get calls every single week for completely the wrong company. I also get dozens of scam messages and calls a week. They will not remove my information. Clearly in complete violation of GDPR.
They scraped my data from somewhere
They scraped my data from somewhere. I never pass on my contact information but they appear to have obtained it and are now selling it to spammers. Should be illegal.
This is a rotten business
This is a rotten business. They scrape your information from all sorts of sources - they have my direct dial at work, for example, which is only available in my email signature - and then sell you as a prospect to countless sales companies, who will bombard you with calls, emails and LinkedIn approaches. You can at least opt out, but the damage is already done - and I shouldn't need to. The legality of what they are doing is irrelevant. It is a nuisance, and they are a menace. To anyone working at the company, are your parents proud of you?
Disgusting
Disgusting. Never given permission to them and still they found out my data and selling it. This should be ILLEGAL !
Data cowboys
Data cowboys, In the worst way. They illegally acquire your data without your consent and then write to you demanding you "opt out". If you don't they sell your data to cold callers and scammers. That is not how data protection works, shame on you and your grubby outfit.
