I ordered a textured dress from here as it looked good on the website. Don’t order from this company. The dress was cheap polyester (I thought it was linen). Shipped from China so took weeks to arrive. Now I’m struggling to return and have to pay shipping costs!

Avoid at all cost. Advertised as a company relocating from London. Turns out the goods come from China. The quality is appalling. No labels on the garment only a size label. I have shipped back to china as requested to get a refund at my expense. We wait and see if they stick to their promise. Totally misled on this one.

Adverstised as a London based store relocating to Shrewsbury (my hometown) hence a closing down sale during the relocation. Photos looked good, sale price seemed good with free delivery. After placing the order realised that it is coming directly from China, and there is no London store - they are not even UK based. Item took three weeks to arrive and is of the poorest quality. Basically a scam. Waiting to hear about a refund but not holding my breath.

Update: after many emails complaining they increased a partial refund to 50% from an initial 20% offer. The item will be going in the bin.

REGRET!!! Honestly I do wish I had looked up the company first, took 3 weeks to arrive and the cheapest material imaginable. You cannot even adjust the dungaree lengths it’s just a black piece of plastic that goes up and down for show. More like bin liner material… not even worthy of that

This Company is a total scam. Goods are from China and will cost a fortune to return.

Appalling Chinese company - avoid. Item was very late and is of shockingly poor quality, and the communication I have had from them is laughable. Spare yourself the stress and don't deal with these people.

SCAM!!!! This would have been Zero stars if possible! They claim to be closing a store in London yet the items are shipped from China. What arrived was a cheap, poor quality play suit, the print was terrible, it look like it was drawn by a child, in the middle of an earthquake.

I have tried to return the item and they have said I need to pay return shipping to China, even though the misleading advert said they were due to a store closure in London. A scam and absolute idiots to deal with via email!

Do not order from this company … they use false images… waited weeks for order and then quality is horrendous… nothing like the dresses I ordered.

The quality of the dungarees I ordered is very poor, very flimsy, almost see through, cheap material. Very disappointing, I would not recommend anyone to buy these products, I feel this site is a scam. Items made in China, a total scam company thr items are not fit for purpose except for the bin. You should be ashamed of yourselves

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. It is false information on products. Does not exist in UK. False information. Quality is rubbish. To return you the customer have to pay and track to China. Be warned!

Package received but no information about returns. Have contacted LUNVRA several times asking how to return the items, which I do not want, but they have not replied satisfactorily, merely sending two emails to the effect that the items have been delivered.

This company is a total scam. They are not a company moving out of London, the fabric is a disgusting quality and everything they say is untrue. When you try and return, you have to return to china at ridiculous cost. They are a total SCAM, evidenced by the fact they do not comment back on reviews. DO NOT ORDER ANY ITEMS.

This is a terrible company. I wish I’d read the reviews before ordering. As it was, I read them afterwards and tried to cancel my order. My request was declined as it wasn’t within the 10 minute cooling off period… The items I ordered have arrived. Needless to say I won’t be wearing them. The material is basically like a shower curtain. Absolutely not as described…

The website is false do not order, the parcel took about 3 weeks to arrive from China, the company is not in London UK. Although I did my usual checks about these websites, all of this information was hidden, and I should have googled for reviews. The items are very inferior to the description, I ordered sandals and a shirt/top. The sandals looks plastic and certainly not orthopedic. The shirt is see through and very thin material. To return the items, the track and send is required back to china which will probably cost a lot of money.

This is not a London / Shrewsbury company.; it appears to be based in the Far East. They claim that they are holding a sale thanking customers pending their relocation. i should have read reviews before proceeding.I am trying to cancel my order placed in good faith but it appears that they accept cancellations only for 10 minutes after placing an order.
