Scam company. Never received the additional screen I ordered.
Lunotion is a scam. I came across a Facebook ad from Lunotion promoting a scooter offer and decided to purchase one since the offer was time-limited, with only a few minutes to act. After making the payment, I searched for their website and reviews, only to realize I might have been scammed.
I immediately contacted my bank to cancel my card and prevent further unauthorized transactions, as I had provided my card details to the site. Thankfully, my bank acted quickly and was able to recover my money(just received my money today (4 Dec 2024).
This incident occurred in September 2024. The “product” I supposedly ordered has a tracking number, but it still hasn’t been shipped out even after two months.
Scam company
never received my parcel no reply on email nothing
Never received my order, they are con artists do not buy anything from this company.
The same happened to me as all the other people, except I didn’t even get a bloody envelope and they’ve completely ignored my emails
To update my previous post I've never received my order also they've stopped responding to my emails and when I clicked to check order status it no longer works. The application I mean. with any luck since I paid through PayPal I'll be able to recover my money after PayPal investigates my claim of not receiving the order
Another scam among others. They pretend at first they take care of you by replying to your emails and guarantee you the order is on the way but the order never arrives and at some point they stop replying to you.
Don't touch this shop!!
It is a scam! They take your money and don't deliver!
It’s a total scam and they seem to be no more than a money stealing machine. Numerous emails & no reply although I received a “your item had been delivered” notice. Steer clear
This is a scam. They charge you and send an empty envelope with a tracking number. You end up paying for a product you don't receive as well as custom charges for an empty envelope. When confronted they claim it's a misunderstanding with their shipping company and then go quiet.
It's an absolute scam. They do not communicate at all, and I am now unable to find any records of my order as the pages will not load. Sadly, I am not sure whether I will be able to claim my money back.
"Lunotion is a scam company.". I was searching for electric scooters on Google, and after that, I opened instagram. Then, a popup appeared, so I clicked on it and was directed to a company called Lunotion. I used my card to make a payment and received an order confirmation email with a delivery date. However, I never received my order. I tried contacting them via email, but they never replied, and the money was deducted from my account.terrible beware.
It is a scam. I had paid for the order of the multi-screen on 28 Sept. Till now not received and now, no respond to my email.
Similar to the other respondents on here I also ordered goods (2 x computer screens) and paid for it.
On enquiring about the delayed delivery I received various assurances that delivery is imminent.
One time I made an enquiry Lunotion could not find my order and then they simply went quiet!
BEWARE!
I'm currently waiting for the mystery box that ordered been waiting for about 6 days I've sent emails to Lunotion and they have responded to the few emails that I've sent but they don't know the status of my mystery box it's been waiting for a delivery update for 5 days
I want to share an experience I had recently. I was searching for electric scooters on Google, and after that, I opened Facebook. Then, a popup appeared, so I clicked on it and was directed to a company called Lunotion. I used my card to make a payment and received an order confirmation email with a delivery date. However, I never received my order. I tried contacting them via email, but they never replied, and the money was deducted from my account.
Scammer, pop up at Facebook post and it is shopify online Store to sell Mi Smart Projector but when I received the package, there is no MI projector. I received a very small plastic packet.
