I have been trying to send bitcoin bought at the start of December to 3 or4 different accounts and NONE of them have gone through, NONE of them have some form of ID we could use to track, NONE of the generic questions and answers Luno provides actually solve the problem and it seems impossible to actually find a person to speak to!

I have bien for a redes by this company.Invested oven 1500usd with company and ha abierto to maje 1 withdrawal of 12usd.Its one problem anteriormente the next,verification/auhtentication/digna bounced Backstreet and the list goles on.They have oven 12000usd belonging to be.Worst yet ,I am being abre to find the siete anymore.Hep!!!!!!!

Scammers site of the year

I stumble upon this website and I did checked their website. It’s trading using bitcoin where you can deposit a minimum of $12 then after 24hrs you’ll earn additional 20% you can choose ant plan that they have. I did deposit twice and reinvested the money from time to time until such time that I decided to do a withdrawal. Then everything is off after that the request didn’t push until now it just state there is processing. I did contact support and Cynthia told me to authenticate my account which I did and she did said that I need to create a new deposit which I also did but still the withdraw request is not happening.

I did contact them again asking why until now the withdraw request status still processing and they said I need to authenticate my account which I’ve said I did already by doing new deposit and the support said I need to deposit $200 before I can withdraw.

I lost trust already so I didn’t do it for the reason that it is not even in their policy. It stated that you can withdraw if you have at least $12. I ask for a refund but they said I need to authenticate my account by depositing $200 before I will get my funds.

So beware of this site. They are claiming they are a registered company in the UK

Luno-btc has changed my life after all this struggle with lots of suffering.
