the customer service in this store is the best!

Due to my own mistake, I was a very dissatisfied client. After writing a message on Instagram, I received a very quick and friendly response. Despite the fact that my communication was quite rude and the situation happened because of my own error, I was given help very quickly, and the girl who assisted me was extremely kind. I believe the customer service in this store is the best! Please forgive me for the inconvenience, and thank you for your work. I will definitely be ordering again.
