Highly unethical practices
Highly unethical practices.
They put you on a subscription fee which they hide in fine print and keeps charging you each month.
Even after working with their customer support to get you cancelled, they still try to charge you.
They have unsuccessfully charged me twice now, twice before I found out about their "subscription" for basically no services.
Scam
Scam! I was charged for a subscription to their 'community services', which was not mentioned in the purchase of their eyewear. After contacting them, they refused to refund the additional $29.99, but said they would cancel the 'membership'. I was charged again the following month.
Recurring payments that can’t be…
Recurring payments that can’t be cancelled on website. Scam
SCAMMMM!
SCAMMMM!! Do not buy. The purchase supposedly comes with a "recurring subscription" but for what? NOTHING.
Basically A Scam
Originally wanted to try this to see if it would actually help my eyesight. Almost immediately after doing the initial purchase I changed my mind and tried to cancel the order but the link to cancel orders does not work & the listed phone number is not in service. I sent an email that was only responded to AFTER the thing had shipped. Fast forward to this week where I just got charged again despite not seeing any notifications of a subscription service. I immediately contacted my bank to start a charge dispute and got them to cancel that card so that Lunisk doesn't try to make any other unauthorized charges. Do NOT make any purchases from this company!
INCORRECT CHARGES
They charged original charge of $60AUD at time of purchase
and then charged another $60AUD 2 months later for no reason
I have sent them numerous Emails for last month and there has been no rectification of issue
I would not purchase there glasses at ALL
I purchased a pair of Lunisk glasses…
I purchased a pair of Lunisk glasses the beginning of November 2025 and received tracking info but the product was never delivered and to this day shows "has been handed off to carrier" for (so far) 70 days ago!! I've sent MULTIPLE emails to (the one and only email listed) as well as going to their site and sending my message their way... NO RESPONSE. NOTHING. I am beyond disappointed.
Total scam and fraud!!
Total scam and fraud!!!
The website says about refund policy, but when you write to them, you don't hear back.
Don't be tempted to ever but this crap.
I have been using these for a month
I have been using these for a month. I will continue to use them until the second week in December, as suggested.
I have seen ABSOLUTELY NO discernible difference in my eyesight at all. I have followed the guidelines and done it religiously every day. Save your money. SCAM!!!!!!
Do not buy these glasses
Do not buy these glasses, I cancelled my order minutes after ordering and they still sent the order and emailed me to say it's been dispatched. Ive sent 8 emails and no reply from them. I have been told to refuse the package, but not sure if I should as prob won't get refund? Awful company. Don't buy from them!
Total Scam
Do not buy! Total scam. False advertisement all around. Fake doctor claims, and no mentioning of drop shipping from China, where they expect you to return under their "90 day easy and hassle free money back guarantee". How is paying for international shipping could be easy and hassle free???? They claim to be US based company, with US based location, which for some unknown reason they can't use to accept returns? Also, their return policy is not even listed anywhere on web-site.
This is a scam
This is a scam. I paid $55 for these and they are the quality of something you would get in a $2 showbag. The reviews on their site are fake and their claims of vision correction and neurological retraining are not scientific and utterly false. Not only that, I can barely even see properly through them when I put them on. Utter scam, do not buy these.
I'm glad my purchase didn't go through…
I'm glad my purchase didn't go through due to an expired CC on Shopify. Tried to call them and their phone number isn't even a real/working number! SCAM
90-Day Guarantee is a scam
Buyers beware, the 90-Day Guarantee is inaccurate. You are better off buy a similar pair on Amazon; at least Amazon has straight forward return policy. There is no information on Lunisk's website showing the return location will be in China. Why would anyone pay more in return shipping than the product itself? Even if you did ship your return back to China, Lunisk will claim their did not receive your return and therefore not refunding your money. (This is from information gathered through web searches.)
The book of excercisss that I paid £8…
The book of excercisss that I paid £8 for is a joke. Literally 3 most basic exercises and some very general knowledge advice (like eat healthy). These people are so lazy, they didn’t make a slightest effort to make it look like something useful Shameful
I bought them from an instagram ad over…
I bought them from an instagram ad over a month ago. I am still waiting for the product to arrive. The strange tracking platform gives no details other than it’s coming from China. Several emails to customer service have not received a response. Total scam.
I did send the glasses back to china
I did send the glasses back to china. £10 it cost. The tracking updated to the company having received the item but they’re not refunding my money! They’re not replying to emails either. I’m looking into disputing the transaction with my bank now. Scam company..scam glasses..keep far away from them.
DON'T buy the glasses
DON'T buy the glasses. They do not work AND the 90-day return policy is a hoax. You have to send them back to China at your expense. They try to persuade you with a 15% off something else. Instead of dealing with the hassle of doing the return. NOT COOL!
Do not purchase form this company
Do not purchase form this company. They guarantee 100% refund if returned within 30 days but will offer you 20% return when you ask to return item on the same day as arrival. Shipping is also very slow, item came scratched and with strong chemical smell. Just buy it at Walmart for $5. Total scam. I’ve emailed back and fourth with them for 3 weeks and still no address to send the item back and the company is saying there are only 2 options, 20% refund or they we’ll send a new glasses. I do not want another piece of junk that costs a dime to make and they’re selling for $40.
Lunisk Glasses Scam
I purchased the glasses and it took sixteen days before they arrived. That is way longer than standard shipping because I thought the company was in the U.S. because their website link ends in .us, not a .com, but in reality the company operates in Guangzhou City, China.
The follow up emails just kept saying it was a delay. Once, I received it, I was no longer interested in using them and according to Lunisk "returns" section on the website I could do a return for a full refund. The problem is that you have to return them to China OR they will only refund you 5%-maybe. And then it becomes a game. They do not have an office in the United States. They will give you a super long address in China that if you were to try to do a return, the address comes up bogus. It is best to never buy directly from a Chinese company pretending to have business in the U.S. That is why they chose to have their website link end in .us instead of .com. So since they do not honor their return policy and will only try to force you to take a 5% refund, and if you refuse the refund they give a bogus return address.
