ZERO STARS!!! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! PAID AND DID NOT RECEIVE PRODUCT!

I placed an order for my daughter-in-law on 4/27/26 and, on 5/10/26 (2 1/2 weeks later), I STILL HAD NOT received an order confirmation, nor any other correspondence. Therefore, I contacted my credit card company and disputed the charge. I THEN (after asking for my money back) received an email from Lunettaco (the first correspondence that I have ever received) stating that I had, in fact, received an email, it “may have gone to spam”, but that the “emails are automatically sent”, and that Lunettaco is “not a scam”.
I searched, and I searched for an email…. I used the “search all emails”…. NOTHING!!
My credit card company kept my transaction in dispute for approximately 5 weeks (8 weeks since my order was placed).
I received an email from my credit card company today stating that I owe the charges…I have received no further correspondence from Lunettaco and I have reached back out to them TWICE requesting shipping information. I have received NO shipping information, and I have NOT RECEIVED ANY PRODUCT!!!!!!!!
I now owe $89.97 for a SCAM!! I’m out the money and have absolutely NOTHING to show for it! SHOP ELSEWHERE!!! Don’t waste your money!

They DID NOT SHIP MY ORDER!!!!

My order took over a month to arrive because the first time they shipped it the tracking number they provided said the order couldn’t be found and they had to re ship. They don’t advertise that it ships from china. The products don’t look as advertised and fit so awkwardly. I contacted them multiple times to get a refund. They responded at first asking what the issue was, I told them and then never heard from them again. I have continued to contact them for a month and have had no response. Do not take your chances with this horrible fraudulent company.

The buying process was easy. I would strongly recommend using the size chart prior to placing your order. We had an issue with our order and I reached out to the company and they were helpful.

I really appreciated the fast customer service response and exceptions they made for my order request.
My only complaint is I found that the pink colour of my jumpsuit looked a little different in person compared to the colour in the picture online.
I loved the jumpsuit fit though!

I bought these for my pregnant partner and she absolutely loves them. She said they were “the comfiest material” she’d ever put on her body.
Will be recommending to anyone!

I am so pleased with the products and the customer service that lunetta provides. I ordered 4 outfits and 2 maternity bras for my daughter and she loves them. They worked with me so quickly to resolve my question and provide me with what I needed and the clothes are so soft and comfortable. My daughter loves them!!!!! A+ in quality and customer service!!!!

My order was unfortunately not the right size but lunettaco help service was absolutely amazing and helped me get the right size and satisfied with my order!

I absolutely love the quality of these jumpsuits - enough that I got 3 different colors! They are so soft, comfortable, and stretchy, and it was easy to adjust the shoulder straps. They are thin enough for the warmer weather without sacrificing the comfortable material.

Jumpsuits arrived slightly smaller than expected but was very quickly told larger sizes could be sent out.

Great customer service! My order didn't fit, but they offered to send the right size and didn't ask me to return the other one. Loved the quality of the jumpsuits too!

I made my first purchase at 23w pregnant and was very excited to receive my order. After some shipping complications the support team had located my package and ensured me of a timely arrival. After receiving my package they were great at assisting me with sizes and exchanges that made it easy for me and also generous to others. Definitely appreciate theyre support and help!

I love the quality of these jumpsuits! They are so soft, stretchy and most importantly comfy!! Unfortunately I got my order in a size that doesn’t fit but their customer service support is amazing! I was connected with Mary and she is super understanding and helpful in getting me the right sizes so I can fully enjoy wearing these jumpsuits during my pregnancy! I am extremely pleased with this company’s customer service and their products!
