Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Considering 608 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Consumers frequently report serious dissatisfaction with the product quality, finding items to be substandard, thin, or having wrong materials mentioned, like polyester described as pure silk. People noted substantial issues with the items not matching online advertisements, including receiving incorrect items or pieces looking quite different from the photos shown. Conversely, a small portion of people felt that the refund process was sometimes expedited once returned, with one consumer mentioning a quicker refund after sending an item back. However, some customers were dissatisfied with the return procedures, being told returns must be sent to Canada, often at the consumer's own considerable expense. Moreover, reviewers encountered complications such as having to provide photo evidence for returns or facing unclear policies regarding return shipping costs.

Part 2 DON'T Touch

Part 2

After being told to return the appalling quality item to Germany because I complained at it costing me nearly £30 to get back to Canada, They told me to return to Germany, I paid £20 for this and the German office would not accept the item and they have returned it to me.
The company will take no responsibility for giving me a fake address and the fact I am out of pocket £20 for a complete waste of time and money. These people are complete Charlatans and the trouble is people are only reading trust pilot reviews after purchasing. Somehow people need to be warned before they buy on a different platform. Can someone let people know on Instagram and the social media platforms they advertise on just how disgraceful and dishonest they are.

Worst shop ever

Worst shop ever . Ordered a shirt that came late and looking like it was sewn overnight using dim light . Fabric flimsy and looking like silk pyjamas, stitching crooked with hanging threads all over . Website states 30 days for returns but they refused mine stating its 14 days .
First and last purchase would not recommend
Wish there was a minus rating I would gladly give that

Stay well clear

If you live in the UK, do not buy anything from this company.
Advertised as LuneLondon, but this is a Canada based company.
The clothes are way overpriced, material is so cheap & nasty. The shipping takes well over a week and god forbid you want to return something, you have to post it back to Canada at your own expense.

Dreadful company. Stay well away.

I DO NOT recommend....

I DO NOT recommend....
The first item I bought, it turned out, was available on Amazon for a third of the price. When I tried to return it because it did not fit, I was offered a refund but had to pay about £30 to mail it to Canada. They gave me a voucher instead, to buy another product., which looked good in the photos, but was extremely cheap plastic, not leather as it seemed. So - no refund, no usable products.. DO NOT SHOP WITH LUNE!!!!

Lune London is actually a Chinese commercial tat importer :(

Caveat Emptor - This is an absolute scam company. I bought two 'real leather' backpacks that were going to be presents for my wife. The first was delivered and on inspection, I realised that it wasn't leather at all, but plastic (PU) - and rather expensive. I contacted LL stating that I wanted to return both. Advised by 'Emilia' that I should take photos and send these so that the product could be reviewed by their QC Team.

I stated that LL knew full well that these products were plastic and there was no point in taking photos.

Emails back and forth with LL suggesting that I could return the items, at my cost, to Canada. Or, keep the items and receive vouchers but that under no circumstances should I reject the second delivery as there would be a risk that I would not receive a refund.

Cutting a long story short, the LL email response(s) became progressively passive/aggressive. Frustrated with LL attitude, I filed a PayPal dispute which has just been found in my favour... £75.00 refunded.

I have never been caught out like this before.. this experience has been a salutary lesson.

Weeks to receive a delivery.

Weeks to receive a delivery.
Misleading product description. I thought the goods were silk- they were cotton and Lycra.
Sizing diabolical. A pair of briefs that would hardly fit my 4 year old grand daughter.

I'll never buy from them again.

Tatty materials

Clothes look great in the pictures, but they are made from the cheapest polyester type material, feel like they will fall apart immediately. Sizing not great. Hard to return - you will have to pay postage to Canada so not going to be very worthwhile. Don't bother.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - I purchased trousers from this website which are not as described. I have been in touch with the company who are actually based in Canada and who now want me to return the item to them at my cost. They are posing as a UK company, however they are based in Canada, additionally, their website terms & conditions do not specify that returns need to be sent to Canada. The front page of their website very clearly state Free Returns and in order to arrange a return you have to email their support team. It is only at this stage it becomes apparent they are not a UK Company and they do not display an address or telephone number on their website. They are refusing to refund my item or indeed provide a pre-paid return despite this being my right under the UK Consumer protection and I believe this is Bait & Switch tactics. They are deliberately misrepresenting their physical location to mislead customer and selling items that are not as described. Having looked on Trust Pilot this company have scammed many customers using this Bait & Switch tactic so do not get caught out.

I just received a 'dress' from this…

I just received a 'dress' from this company. It looks nothing like what was advertised - from the material to the size, even what the clothing item is -I ordered a dress, I have received what looks like a skirt. This was very expensive and what has come through my door is poor quality, looks very different to what the picture advertised, I would strongly recommend that you think twice before ordering anything from this company.

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company. I ordered a t shirt and when the item arrived it was a horrible shiny synthetic material. I had to pay for the return shipping to Canada which was £13. They are a complete scam

Worst company I have ever ordered from

Worst company I have ever ordered from, sent me the wrong item which was terrible quality anyway and then ignoring my messages. It’s been 5 weeks since I opened the return case and they send AI emails saying they don’t have a resolution yet as the investigation is ongoing. It’s crazy
