First off, the product quality is phenomenal. These are clearly built to last, especially for heavy use on a jobsite or during outdoor activities. It's not cheap, but for something I use every day it makes sense.

Website is clear and the brand is trustworthy, their customer service team is top-notch. I had a quick question about one of the battery options, and the response was prompt, helpful, and very friendly. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers' experience. I was able to get on the phone with someone and he was an American based in California, which goes a long way. Highly recommend this brand.

I was going to buy a heating lunch box from this company it says if you spend $275.00 that you qualify for free shipping so the lunch box itself was $239.00 so I added accessories to get my total up too $279.00 and when I went through there check out they were going to charge me $60.00 for shipping so I didn't purchase I was already hesitant to spend this much so I could enjoy a hot lunch at work but anyway I wouldn't waste my time again with this company
