Mark Robert Turner and Michelle Lucas…

Mark Robert Turner and Michelle Lucas are incredibly supportive and helpful. As you can imagine, onboarding a new online ordering, catering, and loyalty system (with app and website) is quite a large task for a small tech team but they have made it feel easy and manageable! They do everything they can to make us successful and I appreciate them!

RUN!! BEWARE!!

Over a year into contract, that we can’t get out of. It has been nothing but problems and no solutions. I started looking for reviews half way into service. I ONLY found one star reviews, which totally makes sense. My biggest complaint is that we have an app that we pay for, but none of our customers can utilize it because it doesn’t accept their payment. It says error nearly every time they try to use the app. But I still have to pay the company for their service, with zero return on investment. We tried to cancel but they would not allow us to break contract. We are now paying attorney fees to take legal action. AVOID AT ALL COST. I also think it’s interesting that they went from all one star reviews on here the last time I checked, to a whole bunch of five star reviews on the same day or days apart. Total scam

Lunchbox and their onboarding team is…

Lunchbox and their onboarding team is absolutely incredible. They tend to work with the bigger restaurant groups and I can see why. From their technology, support, and in depth capabilities of their platform, they really provide an all in solution for restaurants that are well established or restaurants that want systems in order to grow efficiently.

I highly recommend them. Not only are they on top of things, they were also very patient with a change I had to make in the middle of implementation and were able to assist. 10 out of 5!

Mark Robert Turner is the guy!!

Mark Robert Turner is the guy!!! Don’t ever lose him, he’s my Lunchbox guru. He’s so good that after one meeting, I was crowned 'Coupon Queen' because his tutorial was that amazing.

Beyond that, I’ve heard nothing but positive feedback about him from the entire Inday team. We appreciate his patience and how enthusiastically he explains even the most mundane details.

You better hold on to him tight, if I were a SaaS company, I’d swoop him up in a second!

The migration to 2.0 was seamless

We recently had the privilege of working with Lunchbox to transition from V 1.0 to V 2.0. The migration was seamless, with the Lunchbox team offering encouragement throughout the entire process. In addition, we’ve integrated the new Wallet Drop feature into our marketing strategy and we look forward to seeing the impact it has on our business!

Mark is the most amazing person!

Mark is the most amazing person we've met at Lunchbox. We have been dealing with issues for over 9 months and he fixed MANY on one call. He brought trust back to Lunchbox when we have been looking at other companies to switch over to. Thank you so much Mark!

DO NOT USE LUNCHBOX!!!

This company is a disaster. Getting online ordering setup was extremely time consuming and unnecessarily complicated. Nothing worked out the gate so we spent months constantly triaging issues with that Lunchbox couldn't understand. It created chaos in our store and cost us a significant amount of business.

The sales people assured us that everything we asked about was live but it turned out a lot of it was actually still in the development. 18 months later, all of those things are still "on the backlog" with no delivery timeline. These are very basic functionalities like saving favorite orders including modifications.

Everyone we dealt with was inept. The original team were all fired and replaced with a new team that was at least responsive. That team has since quit or been fired.

We are now trying to leave so that we can have an online ordering platform that works and the company is threatening to charge us $6k to leave early.
