6 months later and still no resolution

I purchased a Luna Ring and it has never worked since the day I received it. Over the past 6 months I have gone back and forth with support completing troubleshooting steps and trying to schedule meetings.

Meetings were cancelled or not attended, and my case was repeatedly closed without the issue actually being resolved. Each time I was asked to start the process again.

I have spent an unreasonable amount of time trying to get support for a product that has never functioned. After 6 months of emails and missed meetings I am still no closer to a resolution.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

Very good Support.

Ordered a luna Ring as christmas present. The package got lost during the delivery process. Luna's helpdesk Was great und i got a second delivery. It last a bit , but they searched a lot und there was always a answer to my Mails. Thx a lot for the support

I’m extremely happy about the Luna Ring Gen 2. It tracks all the necessary health metrics with commendable accuracy. Little problem at first

I had a little hickup with my first ring as it didn't work properly. That said the customer service was excellent and I received a replacement unit promptly . The new rings works perfectly so I am happy and would recommend it to others.

ensures customer experience is good, good after sales

they are a small team, so communications may suffer, but rest assured, they really do care for you and their product. in fact they sent me a replacement when my ring battery started to deplete fast. They will take ownership of the problem and resolve it with/for you.

Unfair Cancellation Practices

I ordered a Luna Ring from Lunazone and within a few days decided to cancel before receiving the sizing kit and before selecting a ring size. This matters because the ring cannot be produced without a size, meaning no custom manufacturing had started and no actual product existed yet.

Despite this, Lunazone refused to cancel my order, citing a short internal cancellation window even though:

no size was selected
no ring was in production
the only item shipped was a FREE, COMPLIMENTARY sizing kit, not the product I paid for

I made it clear that I would never submit a ring size and therefore would never receive the ring, yet they still refused cancellation and refund.

This feels extremely unfair and misleading. A company should not be allowed to lock customers into a “custom order” when no customization has occurred and no product has been made. Their policy prioritizes trapping payments over reasonable customer service.

I would strongly caution anyone considering Lunazone to fully understand their cancellation policy before ordering. Once you pay, they appear unwilling to work with you even if nothing has been produced or delivered.

Great Experience

Comfortable, lightweight, and easy to forget you’re even wearing it. It tracks your health in the background and gives you clear, useful insights without overcomplicating things. The data is simple to understand and actually helpful day to day. A great option if you want something low-key that keeps an eye on your wellness without a bulky watch.

Very bad experience

Very bad experience. The comunication with Luna is very poor: late reply, and my problems with Luna Ring 2 accuracy in recording not solved yet!!! I don't recommend!
PS: the communication before purchasing the ring was amazing, fast and productive....after payment situation changed! very disapointed

Cancellation refused despite consumer rights

I ordered the LUNA 2 ring but have only received the sizing kit. I never provided a ring size, so the main product could not have been shipped. Lunazone refused my immediate cancellation request, clearly ignoring statutory consumer rights.

I received my luna ring Gen 2 and I love!

I received my luna ring Gen 2. I am in love. It is a beautiful ring with beautiful packaging with a beautiful charging case. Make sure you order the Gen 2! A lot of people are getting the two mixed up and are leaving bad reviews on the Gen 2 when they have bought gen 1. I've never had a gen one but I do know there were issues with it. It's an easy mistake to make and I've read several reviews where that has been the case. I decided to go ahead and buy it because first I loved the look, I loved the reviews on YouTube and I'm one to do my homework before I buy and I felt quite satisfied. With this company you really have to make sure that the ring will fit as the only downfall is you will not be able to exchange or return but given they have the sizing kit and if you wear it for a week day and night you should be able to make the right choice and not have to return. I am really hoping that they learn their lesson on that policy and change it to at least give 30 days on exchange or return. These rings are not custom so it should not be an issue. There's only so many sizes and so many colors and the ring you choose will fit anybody that has the same size finger lol. Not custom at all. Make sure you choose the proper size from your kit and wear it for a week before you make that final decision. It's always better to size up than size down. As long as it's not too tight and there's no Gap when you push the ring down on your finger you should be good. I sized up and I wear a stacking ring on top of it so it looks beautiful. I do not regret purchasing this ring. It's been an interesting journey so far learning my body's lingo and trying to figure out what it's doing.

I see that the stars are not high here on trustpilot but again I'm really wondering if people are mistaking the Gen 2 with the first one.

Make sure you get the wireless charging case. It's an awesome little thing, looks gorgeous and is very beneficial especially if you travel. You get lots of charges out of it. Thanks again Lunazone!
