Professional, all the best. I ordered a skirt, the material and colors are identical to the one in the picture. My package arrived in Austria "at the speed of light"💪. I have never received a package so quickly. All the best. Greetings and of course we will continue our cooperation.

I ordered a beautiful skirt

I ordered a beautiful skirt, for a special occasion, which was sent via UPS.. UPS lost the skirt…. 🥶🥹
When I contacted Lunatica, they immediately took action. Gave me choice between refund or send the skirt again. As I really wanted the skirt, they immediately sent another one via DHL 👍🏻🙏🏻I received it today. It is beautiful. Great service and I will definitely order from Lunatica again…. If they use DHL😉

The hem on my skirt is very poorly…

The hem on my skirt is very poorly done. It has been ironed on the wrong side and has a very noticeable shiny finish. Like it has been scorched. The hem is so bad I will have to get a tailor to cut off the original hem and make good.
