I am truly impressed by this brand! LunaMicroCare is an innovation, luxury and results all in once. The gel eyepatches are honestly my go to product every morning for puffy eyes and the eye serum is my favorite of all as its so soft on the skin and leaves my eye area so well hydrated! 10/10 ✨

Extremely poor customer service.

I have been contacting the company via email between 14/august and 21/September via email and phone call. Nothing!? No reply from email and the phone just rings out after a while or ends immediately. I have been emailing their customer service team on info@lunamicrocare
I’ve been calling them on their customer service phone numbers: 07391844556 and 07919872915. I have sent numerous messages to them via the customer service ‘message box’ on their website too.
I have only had any response from lunamicrocare today. From this review. I have now also been contacted via Watsapp this afternoon too. Which I am just about to read. I have never been contacted by them via Watsapp before. Nor have I responded yet.

I have never used a skincare product encompassed with technology beneficial to the skin as the anti ageing and wrinkles patches. They are easy to use and did not irritate my skin. I used it over the course of 4 weeks and documented each use and I can say for sure I sure changes especially with my smile lines. Would definitely recommend

Love how refreshed and bright my eyes looked and felt after using these. They’re comfortable to wear without slipping or sliding off and also hydrated my dry under eye area

I left overnight Eternal eye patches .
It was really easy to stay all night because I didn’t felt any uncomfortable feeling or annoying feeling while sleeping . Easy to apply too. No redness or irritation 🤩 I noticed that my under eye look less tired and much better in the morning after eye patches . So far so good !💙

I’m turning 30 in a couple of weeks and it can be a little scary. I’ve neglected my skin and body so receiving these patches came at the perfect time and I’m so excited to start my journey. I tried the microneedle patches for smile lines, forehead and under eyes. I also tried the under eye gel patches and 3d face mask.

The patches are painless and I noticed a real difference to how smooth my skin was and the size of my pores. They were so relaxing and really helped my headache also. Recommend.

I loved the two stage face mask as well. You could tell the mask was high quality but the way it unwrapped so neatly. That made my skin feel amazing.

Loved the under eye patches too. Super cooling.

I am a girl who has always suffered with dark and tired eyes. I used to cake on concealer to cover them. Then I started using the eye serum and after even only a few days I started to see a huge difference. My eyes looked brighter and less tired. Now after a week of using it, I don’t bother with concealer anymore. I still have bags but they are so much lighter and less prominent. My eyes feel super nourished and glowing. I never realised that a product could be capable of making me feel so much more confident. Would definitely recommend if you are suffering with dark and tired eyes! It’s been my miracle!!🫶🏻

Extraordinary! I tried the blue gel eye patches and the anti-wrinkle ones for over a month and the dark under-eyes were gone and i saw my skin glowing . Thank you i definitely recommend!

I tried Luna Microcare and honestly, I really liked it. It gives a refreshing feeling as soon as I apply it, and over time, my skin started to look more radiant. The texture is light, absorbs quickly, and doesn’t feel uncomfortable. The more you use it regularly, the more you notice the difference. I’m really happy with it and would definitely recommend it!

I've tried all of the Luna Microcare products, and each one has been truly impressive — but Revive and Eternal absolutely stand out! With consistent use, I noticed a visible firming and plumping effect on my skin — like Botox, but in a much more natural way. Fine lines visibly softened, and my skin looks healthier, more radiant, and refreshed. The quality of the ingredients and how well they work with the skin really makes a difference. I highly recommend it to anyone who cares about effective skincare!

I decided to buy the Eternal micro needle eye patches and I was impressed. I could see after the first use it had do what I had hoped. The packaging was amazing and it's obvious this brand care about the products they are putting out. I really want to try the hyperpigmentation patches but they are sold out. It would be great if they did a patch for décolletage too.

Unfortunately, my experience with this brand has been very disappointing. I reached out to request a refund due to safety concerns over some of the product ingredients. After an initial reply asking for more information, my follow-up emails have gone unanswered, and I’ve been unable to reach anyone by phone despite multiple attempts. It’s concerning that a company in the beauty and wellness space would be so unresponsive to a customer raising health-related concerns.

I love all their products but the under eye eternal patches are honestly amazing! I've been so self conscious in the past about my wrinkles. Tried so many products, that wouldn't make enough difference to give me my confidence back, to the point where I was considering botox under my eyes. So then I tried these and after a few uses they made my wrinkles completely smoothed out, I never feel self conscious anymore and I've had a subscription with them for over a year now! Great customer service too 💖

I bought a pack of 4. I used first time and didn’t see any difference afterwards. After second use I developed lines and wrinkles under my eyes. I regret using it snd sleeping with it on my face. I never had eye bag issues but the patches have given me eye bags. It’s expensive and useless. I get better results with oils.

The best mask

My intense pulsed light wrinkle reducing instrument ES -1081 arrived today, thank you, the instructions are awful, I am 73 years old and thought I would treat myself and improve my wrinkles, milia and broken veins. I have no idea what potions and lotions to use with it and what colour and for how long and how often. I am excited to use it and hopefully see good results, kind regards Mollie Virtue
