Amazing customer service
Amazing, friendly and genuine customer service.
My sister bought me one of their gowns for my birthday but when I opened the box it was missing the tie sash, I sent one message to them on Instagram explaining and without even asking any questions sent me a replacement sash free of charge to my address with lots of other little gifts in the box including a birthday bath bomb and notebook.
I absolutely love customer service like this, hassle free and genuinely caring about their customers so, thank you!
The gown is absolutely beautiful, it’s the perfect gift for anyone into selfcare and astrology!

The Best Experience!
When I told them about my plan to gift these perfect robes to my bridesmaids, not only did they make it happen within 3 days, they even gave me a special discount code to use as a congratulatory gift! They are definitely so catering to their customers.☺️ I was so stressed and they made this one of the nicest experiences, which I really needed. I can’t wait to order more in the future!
