Beware of scam-like business practices
I ordered some dresses for a Christmas party. When they arrived they didn't fit. I informed the company twice within their 30 day return period that I wanted to return the dresses. Both times they offered alternatives to keep the dresses rather than returning them, which I wasn't interested in. I couldn't wear the dresses and just wanted to return them for my refund. The final time I reiterated that I wanted to return the dresses it had conveniently exceeded their 30 day return deadline and they informed me I couldn't return them. Don't bother with this company unless you like giving money to crooks with scam-like business practices.

Review Title: Deceptive Quality & Predatory Return Process – Avoid
I am beyond disappointed with my experience with Luna Mae. I purchased an outfit for $90 expecting high-quality materials based on the price point. Instead, what arrived was cheap, synthetic fabric that I would have expected from a budget site like SHEIN. It didn’t even have tags sewn on.
The return process is where the real nightmare began. Even though the original package was shipped to me from a suburb just two doors down, they forced me to mail the return back to China. This cost me an additional $50 in postage.
After waiting weeks with no update, I had to follow up myself. They confirmed they received the item but claimed I had to pay an additional $20 in "customs clearance fees." They deducted this from my refund, meaning I am now $70 out of pocket (shipping + fees) and only received $20 back for a $90 item.
This company is deceptive about its quality and uses its return policy to essentially keep your money. Do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere.
