Device does not turn on properly. I can spend five minutes pressing the power button and it still will not turn on. Then, randomly, it will decide to turn on. It works for one session, only to have it not turn on again for the next two weeks. Complete waste of money.

Ordered a Nuvi. Received a Bloomy. A cheap plastic thingamajig, and the safety glasses were in pieces, a bad joke.
Not possible to return, due to hygiene and discounted price. Ships from China. Return would have been to China - if return would have been possible according to their return policy. Haven't been successful in contacting the "business". Left a review on the post in Facebook post where I learned about Nuvi, it was promptly deleted.

Do Not Order. I wish I hadn't fallen for this scam. Hope to save at least one person from loosing their money.

J'ai commandé un appareil Nuvi et ai reçu un Luminology à la place (n°commande SKIN75250). J'ai essayé d'appeler plusieurs fois le SAV, sans succès. J'ai envoyé un mail afin de faire part de mon intention de renvoyer le colis et d'obtenir un remboursement. Sur le site, il est impossible de trouver une adresse postale de retour. Je n'ai pas eu de réponse à mon mail. Je compte déposer une plainte sur le site signal.conso.gouv.fr

I ordered a Nuvi and received a Luminology instead. I tried to call the customer service several times
I emailed them at support@skinatiks. com because I wanted to send it back and get a refund. They didn't answer either. It is impossible to find an return address and to contact them. I plan to file a complaint on signal.conso.gouv.fr.

NO 48 hr delivery. I have reported them to the authorties. You all should do the same.

I strongly advise against buying from Lumynologie. They advertise a “100-day return guarantee” on their website, which sounds reassuring — but it’s completely misleading. They only sell one product (an IPL device), and their refund policy is packed with exclusions that make it impossible to actually return anything.
I requested a refund for my IPL device, which was unopened and unused, still sealed in its original packaging. Despite this, they refused to accept the return, citing hygiene concerns and the fact that I bought it at a discounted price. These conditions were not clearly disclosed before purchase, and they make the return policy essentially worthless.
To make matters worse, emailing them is pointless — you only get generic, automated replies that never address your actual concerns. There’s no real customer service, just scripted responses that go in circles.
This company uses deceptive marketing and offers no accountability. I’ve filed a complaint with Swiss consumer protection and hope others won’t fall for the same trap. If you value transparency and fair treatment, stay far away.

Cheap ass Chinese plastic product. Used it for the second time and already broken! No response or money back.

Order only if you wish to spend your money on a product you will never receive while being manipulated by the customerservice saying your product will arrive anytime now. While 3 weeks later still nothing happenned. Asking direct questions about the whereabouts of the product are being showed away what is starting to feel like a big excuse - their tracking systeem is mailfunctioning. For whole 3 weeks now.
I have asked for a refund which was straightforward denied since the product has already been processed as purchased. Now I don't have the product or my money. So far it looks like a big fat SCAM ...
At this point I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND!

The device is a waste of money. They do not fulfill their promises. I wanted to return the device, but they tried in every way not to do this. Extremely frustrating!!!

They say you can get your money back when you are not happy with the product within 100 days. But when you want your money back, they say it is an cosmetic product. SO DON'T ORDER ON THIS WEBSITE!!! It is fake and the product looks like a dumb cheap chinese product.

I have only used your product for a couple of weeks and so far, it is good it arrived on time and delivery driver was good also Thank you

European law gives me the right of redrawal (2011/83/EU). Your site says you dispatch within 48 hours. I have received nothing, I now want my money back.
Please refund it to the bank account I paid from. Should I receive the package after all, I will ask for a return slip and send it back to you.

This company appears to be a scam, product has never been received and they do not respond to emails.

Parcel was sent quickly, but took a slightly strange and long time to come from UK (10 days)
It was well conditionned, and complies with the description
It functions very well, as described.
I will give the fifth star when I will be able to see the result, as for now it is too early.

I ordered by accident, never intended to hit purchase, I wanted to check shipping costs before researching the company. Let's just say my suspicions are confirmed, absolute fake company. I've reached out to their customer service email 3 times without ever receiving an answer. Product was delivered even though I requested a cancellation 5 mins after accidentally placing order. DO NOT BUY!!!
