Bad customer service
Ordered over 1 week ago. Stated "expedited" shipping and the item still hasn't even shipped! Sent email to inquire on status with no response. Quickly charged my credit card for an item not even shipped! Return policy needs to be revised to reflect their delayed shipping process!

No complaints. Product came quickly. I have used it along with other remedies for some type of joint pain.
I am experiencing no pain in one site and other is about 85% better. I recommend this product.

Great Product so far! I've been looking for something for my feet that went up my leg a ways as well and this does that and has worked great!! I'm very happy with it and when I had a question about the different levels and the settings customer service got back to me in a timely matter.

One month in, feeling an improvement
Wanted to try these boots because the balls of my feet would hurt after standing at work all day and then dancing/walking 3-4 night on top of that. I started using the boot every day for 10-20 mins and have started to feel some improvement, my feet don’t hurt nearly as much as they used to at the end of the day :)
I’ll keep using it, I’m curious to see how much more improvement there is with long-term use.

Lumy Health provided excellent service and delivered my orders on time and in perfect condition. After three months of consistent use, the red light therapy has significantly improved my hair loss. It helped with joint pain
I contacted customer service before purchasing lumyhealth mat regarding some concerns I had .they responded quickly and helped me get it .
2 weeks after starting using it I noticed improvements in soreness, joint pain, muscle aches.  honestly i was taking some supplements at the same time but I think the mat helped as well .

Company tells the consumers the truth instead of deceiving people.
It's almost a month since I bought the red light cap hair therapy no results yet so I'm being a little skeptical about it but I'll give it a month or so.
