The bloody thing doesn't work at all. I plugged it in and the only thing that popped up was the off notice. I pressed the start button and nothing happened. The plastic that the machine is made from feels very low grade material in that it feels flimsy. For a product that cost over $200 not including paying additional amount on top of that for this product. It is not made very well and they do not honor any agreement since they want to see how you use it since it is a little difficult to show that since the bloody device can't even be turned on to be used. Not worth it at all.

Do not buy the Shinepod.
It worked great for 4 months, I was very happy. Then it died. Just stopped working. When I contacted Lumivyx, they said “it’s guaranteed for 30days. Thank you for your undestanding” NOOO I paid $126 for something to work for 4 months. They offered nothing.

I am eagerly awaiting delivery of the Lumivyx head shaver. I am recently inclined to take my hair all the way to the skin, and I hope the Lumivyx quality is all that the reviews promise. -- As for customer service, the team is prompt and courteous, as I placed my order quickly and only later realized the delivery address was not correct. Thanks to the team for quickly resolving my concern. Cheers!

The product hasn't worked for me, and instead I now get reoccurring cysts in the targeted areas that I have to get treatment for. And the "refund" option is only offered within 14 days of receiving the product. But it can take much longer than that to see results, so the refund window is too small to be of any use. Big surprise! What a scam.

I bought the lumivyx in a panic. They sent the product within 5 days and when I found out I didn’t need it they responded immediately & made the suggestion I hang on to it just in case. I had been thinking the same thing. But since I didn’t immediately need it they gave me a refund on the warranty & refunded 30% of the cost. Great company! Lumivxy makes you feel like you matter. I will tell all my friends about Lumivxy & would not hesitate to call on them again. Thank You Lumivxy & all your employees!!

I received my lumivyx lamp after spending $140. It didn’t work at all. The bulb base was black. Very disappointed. Will Never order anything from this company again.

I received the lumivxy light for bed bugs. What a scam! They sent me a light that was intended to make your home more clean of bacteria, causing to having asthma outbreaks! I went scoling off of what was advertised for the get go, if you will! I spent $120.00. very misleading! I'm disgusted! I not only want a refund, I'm going to the BBB. Hopefully no other person will get snagged like I was by their misleading advertisement! Jenise Knight

My experience with this Company is nothing short of impressive. My issue was that I accidentally ordered incorrectly and once I discovered my error, I contacted the customer service department via chat and a Representative by the name of Ayra contacted me within minutes and corrected my order! It is extremely rare when a company is so responsive when you are asking for a refund or in my case, a partial refund!! If their product is half as good as their employees…. Home run!!!!

no replacement blades, you will need to buy a whole new set up. what a scam. do not buy.

This shaver broke after a few months and they just said too bad we only have 30 day warranty. They are really bad and don't care if you like their stuff or not what a scam

I placed an order for the laser hair remover and accidentally had the wrong shopping address entered. I reached out and someone was able to quickly change the shipping address for me so I didn’t have to cancel the order. Can’t wait to start using the Lumivyx hair remover!

This light didn't work right from the time I took it out of the box. I can't use the remote it doesn't work. I have to stand and click the button till it decides to turn on. I am on a fixed income and can't afford to just throw money away!! I am disappointed that after all I have gone through this light has not done the job I was promised it would do.

I was so excited to receive my Lumivyx as I opened the package to look for the instructions. Then I saw what I didn't want to see...it will not work on certain skin tones nor certain colors of hair. My hair is exceedingly light so I knew it wouldn't work for me. I immediately emailed the company for a refund and instructions on how to return it. They were very responsive and emailed me back with an offer for a partial refund. Since I was a not so proud owner of a device I couldn't use, I responded as such. They gave me a full refund. They also let me keep it and do whatever I want with it. I was totally blown away by their willingness to work with me. I will warn people, that it doesn't work on light hair or dark skin.

The results was amazing. I would recommend this products as it has shown the effectiveness of its products. Thanks 😊

I received the light in about a week it seemed to be in perfect working order. I did however have a problem because apparently it decided it would only work twice. So now I'm dealing with trying to get a replacement. They answered my email within 3 days (because it was over the weekend when it decided not to work). So we'll see how it goes. I'm very impressed so far. Didn't like the fact that my light quit working but I am very impressed with their customer service.

The people at the company Lumivyx answered me almost immediately re my problem. They were extremely attentive, patient and offered a solution, but before I could provide evidence to my problem they sent me a video which explained why I was having the problem in the first place. Great staff! And in addition were very nice throughout our correspondence! I'm really not use to such good customer care!
