Hi Carolina, thank you for your review. The wand will charge for 30 mins and will go out automatically, it is enough for 150 shots which you can play for a longh time. The reason why it does not shot consistently is because you did not use enough flash paper. You need to use 2x2 inches of flash paper and roll into a ball and insert into the wand, too little flash paper will lead to smoke. ;) That tip is also inside the wand box. Hope that helps.

The first one I bought was from Indio…

The first one I bought was from Indio and it was not good at all. I got two ones from them. They were poorly made and they did not work and were malfunctioning immediately and I was extremely disappointed and upset. They also took forever to get here so then I ordered a wand through. This company and when I say the one came quicker, it had extremely better detail. It was made better. It felt better. It looked better and it worked amazingly and My Husband was extremely happy. Thank you guys so much. We will be ordering more from you guys again you guys are absolutely amazing if you guys are looking for a fire one this is the only company to go through. Do not go through the other ones.

Amazing!!

By far, best wand on the market!! How can you beat a fire shooting wand!!! Bought one for my wife and she loves it, now I want one! Works as advertised, awesome detail on the wand! Will be buying again!

Brought it for my son for his birthday and all I got to hear for the next 2 days was Avadakadava

But alas in his evil ways he went a bit too hard and caused the element to foul

The company were happy to exchange with no issues as it happened within the first month

Great gift & perfect support

A few days before New Year's Eve, I ordered a firewand, but I hadn't received it by January 20, as the package had obviously been lost somewhere. When I notified customer service, they immediately sent me another package. After a week, I received the first package, which had obviously been 'stuck' somewhere. After two weeks, I received the second package, which I then intended to return to the sender, Lumitero. When I informed them of my intention, they kindly told me to accept this package as a gift and an apology for the delay, even though the delay was not their fault. My daughters are very happy with the product itself, and I am particularly pleased with the responsiveness and highly professional approach of the staff. Thank you, Keycee

The absolute perfect gift for Harry Potter fans.

I ordered a wand before Christmas for my wife and never received it, I just accepted it and went on with my day.

Weeks later I received a follow up email about my order and within a few emails a replacement was on its way. Which just arrived today.

THE QUALITY is mind boggling, the material is very good, the overall build is perfect as a gift, it comes with a charger and everything you need including the flash paper.

I absolutely 1000% recommend this as a gift for any Harry potter fan. And I'm happy that the situation went the way it did.

Ordered a Snape wand from these clowns…



Ordered a Snape wand from these clowns on January 7, 2026, as a birthday gift for my girlfriend. Their confirmation email promised shipping in 3-8 business days. Cool, no problem—Harry Potter fans can wait a bit for the magic, right?

Wrong. It's now February 3, 2026, almost a full month later, and I've got nothing but a comedy of errors from their "tracking."

The original tracking number showed the package stuck in El Monte, California, "waiting to go out for delivery" like it was on permanent vacation. Then—poof—the tracking number magically changed. New one bounces it to Texas, then Denver CO, then a bunch of post office hand-offs like a bad game of hot potato. Finally, it claims "delivered to a mailbox in Denver CO." Newsflash: I live in Lakewood, CO. Not the same place. No wand at my door, no mailbox fairy visit, just vaporware.

Reached out to their customer service (a New York 1-800 number that's conveniently disconnected—shocker). Got an email from someone named Kayee saying, oh yeah, they "see" the package has been sitting in the same spot for a while. Genius observation. Their brilliant solution? "Reverse your chargeback and we'll send a new one."

Absolutely the heck not. I'm not lifting the dispute so you can pocket my money and ghost me like every other scam outfit. Why does your tracking say "delivered" while you admit it's rotting somewhere? Inconsistent bullshit much?

This company is based in Singapore (20 Cecil Street, for the skeptics), yet they throw up a fake New York phone number and boast about "100+ 5-star Google reviews." With how many sales? Thousands? Tens of thousands? A perfect score on a tiny sample size screams bought reviews, scrubbed negatives, or straight-up fabricated. I've seen more trustworthy 5-star walls on AliExpress knockoff shops.

Don't fall for the YouTube influencer unboxings or the "over 50K happy customers" Instagram flex. Those are probably the same paid shills or cherry-picked outliers while real customers get screwed on shipping, fakes, or non-delivery.

Bottom line: This is classic dropship scam territory—hype a cool gimmick (Snape wand or their fireball nonsense), take your money fast, deliver slow or never, then play dumb and beg you to drop chargebacks. Save yourself the headache and the heartbreak of disappointing someone on their birthday. Buy from Amazon, Etsy, a local shop, or literally anywhere with actual accountability and real customer service.

Lumerito, you owe me a refund yesterday. And a wand I can actually hold. Until then, you're just another shady site preying on Potter fans. 0/10. Avoid like a basilisk

*** Update on the resolution of not receiving my wand***
I will say the person or multiple people I've been dealing with, have been prompt on answering my emails.
The refund process has allegedly begun on their end. Whomever is handling my situation has been very professional and is hopefully truly working to resolve this All.
Ill update, the jury is still out.

Something still feels a bit off, however I have been wrong before. We shall see

Dear Chris, I’m truly sorry for the experience you’ve had. I know how frustrating it is to wait for a package and see that it hasn’t moved for such a long time. As you can see from the tracking link, the shipment has indeed been stuck since January 16th, and we completely understand how disappointing that feels.

Based on our previous conversation, we had asked that you kindly remind us by Thursday if there was still no movement, and at that point we would have been more than happy to send you a replacement right away. Unfortunately, we didn’t receive that reminder, and later you filed a chargeback with the bank.

Once a chargeback is initiated, the bank immediately places a hold on our funds and starts an investigation, which often takes around a month or longer. During this period, we’re unable to issue a refund or send out a replacement through the normal process ( because the money is on hold by the bank) , even though we genuinely want to make things right for you.

We would also like to clarify that we are not a dropshipping company and we do not purchase reviews. All the wand are from our factory with cutomized instruction card, and the aliexpress quality are not even comparable. We have been operating in this business for many years and are currently the top sellers of fireball wands. Many low-quality sellers on platforms like AliExpress or Etsy get shut down over time due to bad reviews and unreliable products ( you can check none of their reviews is over 2 years old) , but we’ve stayed in business for years because we truly care about our customers and our reputation.

Regarding our U.S. phone number, it is provided for the convenience of our American customers. Without a local number, customers would incur high international calling fees when contacting us.

We are still happy to resolve this matter amicably, please resume the conversation via email so we can find a happy solution for you.
