L-Theanine wasn't that good
A couple of years ago I used to take L-Theanine regularly but it loses its effect after 2 weeks on continuous use and it's not the same anymore. I have switched to LumiCalm products now and they have a way better solution available (Serenity Plus) and many of the ingredients are combined here. The effect is much better and I can feel the difference almost immediately.
