They double billed me and charged me over 50.00 without any emails. I don’t know if product is good but other companies wait until you receive product before charging, literally charged me 11.00 every day until I cancelled

Sealed products and quick delivery!! 10/10++
I’d just like to give LumiBeauty a 5/5 stars (I’d give a 10 if I could). Their shipping was fast, they have quick responding customer service and the best of all THEIR PRODUCTS ARE SEALED!!! Finding online stores that sell SEALED hair products is RARE, and I’m not gonna lie I didn’t expect LumiBeauty to come through, but they most CERTAINLY did. I don’t regret my purchase with them at allll and I can’t wait to purchase more in the nearest future!!

Lumi, also known as Mybeauty is not clear about services they offer. They do not offer clothing, only style advice. You pay extra for every little thing; to join, to know your "Season" (colors that fit your skin, hair, and eye color), to get any type of advice (all through bot or text), etc. They advertise a 30-day guarantee, money back. I asked for mine back after two days as I believed it was a clothing company that sent clothes of your style and you decide if you want to buy them. I asked for refund. I received a prompt message back from the company Fashion Care consultant, Tony, that no refund would be given. If you do a quick Google search you will find that they have a lot of negative feedback. Do not trust this company. I went through my bank to get a refund and will be writing further reviews. RIP.OFF.

Only place that had a product that was out of stock and they shipped it lightning fast. Paid slightly more than I usually do for the product, but it was worth it overall.
