Very easy company to deal with, ordering was easy and efficient, just waiting for my backpack now.

I searched using Google Lumirya/Lumexil were price competitive and came with excellent reviews. As I had not shopped with Lumirya/Lumexil before, this was important.
The online user journey was quick and easy and the integrationt to Shopify made the checkout process so much easier for me as my details were already stored. Once the order was placed, I then received an email confirmation very quickly. look forward to receive the product!

The ordering process was seamless and I’m looking forward to receiving my coat. If it fits and is as good as it appears online I will reorder it in another colour.

Clear sizing instructions and good pricing. I wish it would have more reviews of the items with pictures so you can get an idea of the actual product but other than that was a straightforward experience
