BEWARE!! Tried to return two sconces via USPS to avoid Lumens nearly $35 return fee. I mailed it to the correct address and included all the pertinent information on the shipping box, as well as order #, my name, etc. on the purchase invoice email inside the box. Didn't get a refund. I called to find out what's going on. Sabra claimed I would not get a refund until/unless I provided the USPS tracking info. I had misplaced the post office receipt. Weeks went by and I finally found it. I called back. It had been over a month since they received their sconces back without issuing a refund. I gave them the USPS tracking info and was told I would get my $409 refund in 2-5 business days. Had I not found the USPS receipt I'd be out both the sconces and my money. I'll NEVER purchase from them again.

This company has a nice little scam going. They charged me without notifying me that the product was on backorder, failed to provide me with an invoice (I had to wait for PayPal to receive transaction details I used to look up my order on their website) and refused to cancel my order when requested, telling me they could only cancel if the manufacturer of the product agreed not to ship.
I've lodged a complaint with the BBB, disputed the charge with PayPal, and will be notifying my state's Attorney General's office of this company.
*0 stars, not 1. They screwed me around for months and never delivered the product. Just the lightbulbs for it smfh. Talked to customer service way too many times and they were a bunch of jokers - kept feeding me false hopes. Then, they offered me no gift certificate and thought that I would seriously consider doing business with them. What a joke . Don't waste your time or money.
Scam company, do not order. No items stocked, 1 day processing takes a minimum of 4 days. Delivery is ridiculous. Customer service wait time is hours. Reviews aren’t real, they are from other sites as they don’t allow reviews. The worst experience, beware!

Since November of 2022, I have purchased thousands of dollars worth of merchandise with this company.
Everything seemed fine until they missed a crucial ship date. They didn't notify me and when I asked for their help to expedite shipping and help pay for those costs, they refused.
I had to order the item from another vendor, pay more and pay for expedited shipping. Of course, I provide better service to my customers than Lumens does to me so I will eat those costs.
Steer clear of this company. They have a 1.5-star rating for a reason.
As a trade account, I can honestly say this is the worst company to deal with. They don’t charge restocking fees instead they make it up with exorbitant return shipping fees. That they don’t tell you about so that you can be charged afterwards. And then they don’t refund you for weeks and weeks and even then you have to dispute the charge on your credit card to get your money back. And as if that’s not bad enough, the prices are higher than everybody else’s. Other than that they’re great.
I purchased pendant lighting for kitchen several years ago. The pendants were manufactured by Tech Lighting, sold by lumens. The three pendants have all failed multiple times and use expensive halogen bulbs at an extraordinary rate. I wrote a couple of reviews so others could be aware of the issues and expense involved with product. The reviews have never been published on website, only shows 4-5 ratings. Mine was a1.
I ordered a chandelier in December. Was not told it was being shipped from Italy. When it finally arrived the sockets were different and only half the fixture would light. I was told then ai would get a replacement. I am still waiting. This is a dishonest company and one should avoid at all costs.
Low quality products. Did not feel safe to use, so I decided to return the my purchase. Quick response from the customer service, but as soon as they understood I really wanted to return the products, they stopped replying.
I would discourage anyone from buying from this company.
Ordered three pendants and decided to return them at my expense for credit on my Visa.
Got authorization and returned all three in same box that came to me in. Got tracking and all three in box arrived at the factory that made them. FINALLY got credit for ONE only. Spoke to several "customer dis-service " agents.. " May be a problem because all three came back in ONE box".Credit coming in 5-7 days.. Never happened. Finally disputed with Visa and I have a temporary credit..Stay away from this company!

It took six weeks to get my credit after 4 items were verifiably returned to LUMENS. First, only $2,000 was returned three weeks after received back to LUMENS after multiple phone calls. Then more phone calls and begging to get the $1000 balance 2 months after return initiated. Never will I ever order from LUMENS again. This company lost a very substantial customer. Caveat emptor. Not recommended.
Canceled item a week before it was scheduled to ship and next day I get notice it was shipped. Was cancelling because they could not confirm proper dimmer. I have ordered multiple items from them in the past but that will be my last order from them as they have very poor customer service.
Yet again, Lumens fails to deliver on time. I ordered a product "in stock will ship in one or two business days." Turns out not in stock and may ship in a month or so. Plus, after waiting on hold for a while, the first customer service rep hung up soon after answering.
Like previous reviewers have said, poor customer service and lack of clarity about delivery times. Ordered an item on 10/15 and was told it would ship 10/31. 11/1 rolls around with no update, emailed, and was told they tried to contact the supplier but they were "closed" and they'd email me when they had a new date. Got an email for a new ship date of 11/7. This gap between order time and ship time is not listed at all in the item description and I wonder if they would have notified me if I hadn't contacted them first.
Ridiculous // Very difficult to return
I ordered a pendant light and to return it (unused, uninstalled, still in original packaging) it is $65 return shipping for $150 order.
Shipping back such an item is $10 max as it is a small and light box.
Do no order there.
Ordered a $2800 Artemide floor lamp from Lumens. Lamp arrived pretty fast. Packaging heavily damaged but lamp seems fine. Noticed that a LED bulb was missing and notified Lumens. Checked twice since and getting same reply that the replacement ( not the accurate term since it was not supplied) is pending approval. The bulb is a $5 item and considering the price of the lamp they should send a messenger delivering the bulb. Would never order again from knowing how the ( don’t) take care of issues.
Worst experience with any company I have ever had. Do not buy anything from Lumens. The customer service is horrible as well.
Do not use this company! They will cancel your order without notice. I tried to get clarification and was hung up on mid-sentence.
