SCAM - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
Avoid this company at all costs.
They use sharp practice of taking money for incorrect products which have been sent. You then request a refund and they simply offer you discounts to keep the product. I have sent them over 35 messages and each time a different excuse. They are now saying there is a stop been placed on refunds via PayPal, so I have filed a case with PayPal and I’m leaving this review to warn others DO NOT BUY - SCAM. I won’t be fobbed off and I will get my refund, but it may take some time. Please check that a subscription hasn’t automatically been set up as even more money will be lost. AVOID!! I have received and written over 35 emails to this company, but yet they claim they don’t have my order number? Absolutely unbelievable. I’ve sent my order number to them, but no response despite what they have written below. I will not give up and I will ensure that others don’t lose their money either. I’ve now reported them to Trading Standards. Enough is enough!

I would NOT rate this company at all. This company is a disgrace first of all they added products on to my order without me realising. BEWARE!! Illegal auto subscription without permission or knowledge!
BEWARE!! Atrocious! Illegal auto subscription/further shipments without my knowledge or permission!!
I cancelled the subscription(they cancelled it and confirmed it was) that I never signed up to in the first place…..only for them a month or so later to RE-INSTALL my cancelled subscription and TAKE MY MONEY out of my bank account!! It was absolute hell communicating with them - it took MANY emails, speaking to lots of different people, only to - eventually - be told that “cancellation didn’t affect existing orders” and a refund was not automatic - and NEVER CAME! I had to claim it back via my bank!! It seems from other’s reviews that I am not the only one who has been scammed!! The tea did taste nice and seemed to help just a little (not much) with the bloating, but I would not trust this Co or ever deal with them again - they committed THEFT by subscribing me without my permission, then after it was cancelled, re-instated the unwanted subscription just so they could look legit in taking my money, then refused outright to refund it - I just got told the same thing over and over - I was not due a refund! How are they getting away with this?! Lulotox - don’t even bother replying with your standard reply - you had PLENTY of chances to put it right - with the MANY emails I had to send you - but all you wanted was to try and sell me more at a reduced rate and continue to take my money - you should be sued and put out of business!!

Lulutox took 3 times amount ordered!
I thought I ordered 1 pack at £17.99 to see how it worked as I was shutting down a legend confirm order. So I did, then a second amount 34.99 was taken. I cancelled my card where the amount was pending and have the transaction on fraud. I wrote again to Lulutox they told me my second order I made first. I buy everything off the internet, that is rubbish. Now I must speak to my bank again. Getting through will take ALL day. I’m furious.

What a scam! My elderly mum thought she was buying £25 worth of tea only to receive the invoice by email adding another £49 to her order without her authorisation! DON'T VISIT THEIR PAGE!!! I initially visited the website after seeing what appeared to be a legitimate offer for they detox tea. I reviewed the information and customer reviews displayed on the website, which gave me the impression that this was a genuine and trustworthy promotion. I therefore proceeded with the purchase of special promotion of three bags of tea advertised with a 75% discount.However, the purchasing process became highly misleading once I proceeded to payment.
At the point where I expected to receive a clear confirmation of my purchase, the website instead presented me with an additional “special discounted promotion” and stated that my order was supposedly “not done yet.” This is extremely confusing and, in my view, creates the false impression that the original purchase has not yet been completed, when in fact an order has already been processed.
Furthermore, when attempting to decline or cancel these additional offers, I subsequently received an email confirming the original purchase. This is particularly concerning because the website presentation gave the impression that the order had not yet been completed.
I am also concerned that the pricing displayed for these additional “special discounted” products does not appear to correspond with the prices subsequently shown in the email summary of the purchase. This discrepancy is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the transparency and accuracy of your pricing and checkout process.
The overall purchasing experience appears designed to pressure customers into accepting additional products while making it unnecessarily difficult to understand exactly what has been purchased and at what price. This is not a transparent or acceptable way to conduct an online transaction.
For the avoidance of doubt, I hereby request the following:
Immediate cancellation of my entire order.
A full refund of every amount charged to my payment method, including any additional products or promotional items that may have been added during the checkout process.
Written confirmation that the order has been cancelled and that no further charges will be made.
Confirmation that my payment details will not be used for any future transactions or recurring charges.
A clear explanation of why the checkout page stated that my order was “not done yet” when the purchase was subsequently confirmed by email.
A clear explanation of the discrepancy between the prices presented for the additional promotional products and the prices shown in the final purchase email.
I strongly urge your company to review this checkout process and stop using practices that can mislead customers about whether an order has been completed, what they are purchasing, and how much they are actually being charged.
I also find it particularly concerning that the same or comparable products are readily available through major marketplaces such as Amazon at lower prices, despite your website presenting these products through what appear to be significant “special” discounts. This makes the way these promotions are presented even more questionable from a consumer-transparency perspective.
