This company it’s not honest at all. First of all I have ordered a tea for me to try out then I noticed they have been taken further money from my acc for subscription that I hadn’t authorised. Secondly the tea it’s not do what they say it does . After using it for a month no changes at all. By then they send out 2nd pack . I tryed to cancel it and they said can not be cancelled but when you receive it return it. After 3 emails I managed to to cancel the subscription . Return it’s a nightmare they said first I can’t not get refunded although they say in adds full refund back with in 30 days. Then they agreed for me to return it . The yea it’s came from uk warehouse but they wanted me to send it back to USA . I don’t understand why can’t send it back to Uk. Postage’s to USA was £13.50 to send back , where in uk would been £3.99 . They done that for you to loose money and for them to resell the tea and maximise profits . There thieves, liers and dishonest company making money out of peoples misery in my case disabled. Please stay away from them 1 star I gave them it’s too much for them . I have emailed them again and still haven’t responded

Do not deal with this company. When you make a purchase they add you to a subscription and then send out further supplies, unrequested and charge you through your card. They don’t ask they just charge your card and keep sending. Don’t deal with them.

They make customers life difficult. By mistake I order something that I do not want they still send it to me now I want to return it and I need the approval of them to do it. I do not understand. Im trying to return this for 2 days and still have not hear from them how and where to do it even though I have to pay for the return,

This is a pleasant herbal tea, but the company are an absolute nightmare.

I am writing to cancel out a unhappy review I wrote a couple of weeks ago.
I had an issue recently with double ordering by mistake and 2 payments taken out of my bank which I didnt think I had actually confirmed payment.. I got in touch immediately to be told the order couldn't be cancelled and I was to return once received which I thought was just a total nuisance however, I have today been told to expect 50% refund and to keep both orders when they arrive. So very pleased with the outcome it has taken a bit of time but at least shows the company do care and I will continue to use and happy to now give 5 stars.

I received my original order a while ago but today I have received a further delivery of one packet of teabags and am concerned. I emailed them after my original delivery because they had used the word subscription

Dont order thinking you are getting 1 box the sight cycles you up to 4 BOXES.
The way the sight is set out it is extremely easy to order the wrong package of products also extremely difficult to stop a transaction made in error. The bank won't stop it and it seems to be impossible to use the on site refund policy as it just cycles back to the beginning. Ifvthis is an error or deliberate policy it is impossible to say.You will not get your money back. You will eventually get the product. Although mine turned up in broken packaging with crushed boxes.

An update on my initial review. I have now received a full refund and finally had my subscription cancelled. Although this was unnecessarily stressful it has now been resolved.
I did not subscribe for repeat orders. This company fails to assist with cancellation of deliveries. Just offering suspending orders or other incentives to stay. They instruct you to cancel using the website, which does not give an option to cancel. They then say they cannot assist with this On my behalf. They take payment from bank without permission. I have no option but to report to this fraudulent actions to the authorities. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY
