No credit for returned items, no response... Very disappointing.
I have had a bad experience trying to get a credit note for goods which were returned two months ago. My mum bought my sisters and I Christmas gifts - bracelets - which were sadly too small. I posted them back in perfect condition in original packaging (first class) immediately following the holidays but have not received a credit note . I have sent many polite emails and requests but have had no response. The value of the returned goods is over £300 - paid by my 87 year old mother who is still waiting for her daughters to be able to receive a replacement gift.
