Kept up to date with delivery times and dates from company, product arrived with everything I ordered and great quality

Horrible Experience.

Purchased a toothbrush for my 1 year old daughter. It never arrived, weeks after bringing this up I was told by the company it was delivered "as shown in the delivery photo and GPS confirmation".

The photo was not of my residence and the address in the GPS was not my address. What should have been a very simple refund process has been over 25 emails between us with clear intent to string me along and not provide a refund.

Do not use this company.

What a fantastic product & service.
I’ve never seen anything like this in the UK & my daughter absolutely loves brushing her teeth now!
It can be worrying & not to mention expensive and a long process buying from the US-but the brush arrived quickly & with a reasonable price for postage.
The reviews did help & was glad that we bought one!

Great product! It changed brushing with a 2 year old instantly.
We did have to wait a while to get it and it wasn't in a branded box, which was a bit strange, I don't mind, it just didn't look like the packaging in the images.

Thank you, you have no idea how much this has helped my son! I've even bought some as gifts for our friends (your new packaging is much nicer now by the way)

The Kids use the lulabini very well they love it. the Kids are 2 and 6. for both there are two Sizes.

Amazing. My 2.5 yr old now asks to brush his teeth, where before it was a really a task to get him to sit down to brush.

Absolute lifesaver!!!!! Our 5 year old daughter really likes it and even started brushing her teeth on her own (not always, sometimes I help out but she's getting there)

The customer service was brilliant, informing me of delay and keeping me up to date. This really helps when the child waiting for the parcel is autistic. The brush itself is amazing. My son struggles so much with teeth brushing but... he goes and grabs this brush and does them more than he needs to. He absolutely loves it! Would recommend.

Cute und practical! Just 1 minute and my ADHD Kid has brushed his teeth all by himself perfectly! Very friendly customer service!

I don't even have my product yet. I ordered it on September 3rd 2025 and today is October 13th. No product in sight even though they promised to update me. It better be worth the wait but I know now no matter how much I like it I won't be ordering one for my baby. I'll find an alternative brand.

Really disappointed to say the least. Bought my little one a dino brush 25 May 2025 and received it shortly after in the UK. My little one wasn’t really sure at first, but took to the brush quite quickly. Unfortunately, one day when brushing her teeth, she submerged it in her bath, but I quickly grabbed it out and gave it a good dry. It stopped working. I decided to reach out to Lulabini on the 4th July in hope that they could help. I just wanted to know if the brush had a warranty on it. I received an email the following day to say that they would get back to me once the information was passed on to their team to review. I had to chase them three times after that, on the 18th, 24th July and 11th August. All 3 times I was told that they would get back to me with a reply as soon as they had an answer. All I wanted to know is if the brush has a warranty!!!! It’s taken just over 6 weeks with no answer in sight. How difficult can it be!!! I’ve googled up the product on their website and it states that the brush is waterproof. I’m fed up of chasing up and having to wait. This is so unprofessional.

To start with, when I ordered the product back in June, I ordered as a set package, and when the product was delivered around 2-3 weeks later, I did not receive all the items- I had to emailed the company for them to be resent back out and still did not receive all items
What further more is that the main item the dinobrush itself stoped working after 6 weeks- what a complete waste of money- strong advise all people to thing twice before ordering from here

Worked great for my son and I would recommend to anyone that has issues getting their kids to brush their teeth
