The staffs - mainly the branch and Progress manager of the City branch have not been responding to our enquiries despite repeated written requests.

Reached out to Ashley at Ludlow Thompson and he was great! Can be very hit and miss with estate agents but Ashley was polite, punctual and really cared about us finding a great property.

After 7 stressful weeks of fighting to get my daughter’s deposit back, with them holding onto over £3000 of her money, at last we have the equivalent of the deposit returned.
However, they are now being investigated by Trading Standards as to the legality of their actions and by their regulator, the Property Ombudsman in the light of how badly they treated a tenant.
It was all warm & friendly at the start the tenancy, but the total opposite at the end.

Matthew at Ludlow Thompson was really personable and friendly and made the process very easy for us. We would recommend to anyone else looking to rent out a property in London quickly and efficiently.
