this place is a complete rip off. I must’ve contacted them at least six times they’ve sent me the wrong stuff. I ordered one polo football shirt which never arrived. Ordered one extra extra small child size kit didn’t arrive ordered one women’s medium jersey received one medium men’s jersey ordered two extra large jerseys received two large jerseys and three small jerseys completely wrong sizes. This place is a complete rip off and a scam. Cannot even get in touch plus it took over two months to get old jerseys that don’t even fit waste of time and effort, Scam

20.4.26 I ordered an England Retro 3rd…
I ordered an England Retro 3rd Kit on 20.4.26 with name and number on for a 30th birthday. Had to chase and chase for delivery and was finally received on 23.5.26 so a month later but after the birthday. But the shirt received was not the England shirt I had ordered, it was a Liverpool shirt which is of no use to me whatsoever as the person is a Spurs supporter. I have sent many emails since receiving this incorrect order but they have not responded at all to any of them. This company is a complete scam and I would advise anybody DO NOT USE LUCOO.CO.UK as they are a complete fraud and just out to take your money.
