I’ve had nothing but good wins and even won on the big 10k prize draw in October 2022 I only joined at the start of the year … I’ve won loads of bingo prizes and always win usually when I have deposited I even won a chocolate hamper …sometimes the site does crash but it gets sorted after a few hours… I’ve never been so lucky since I joined lucky pants due to Mecca bingo being under maintenance so signed up the same day. I made a 5* review only days ago I've used this site for couple of years now had no issues really. I reviewed too soon..... I won £85 off a 60p spin and the bonus was still spinning my spins . The game then crashed about ten times before I got it to work only my entire win was gone. No record of it when I went into the history. It was pointless contacting the love support because they have the same access as us and couldn't find the review e of the win either. It was played with cash not bonus money as well there was no need for the money to vanish but it did. Only had the issues with Netent other providers games were working fine. They didn't refund my lost money

Do not trust those appealing bonuses: they will not be credited so you are guaranteed to lose out
LuckyVip, regalwins, luckypants bingo, bella casino, grosvenor casino and others are all par of the same ownership. They offer crazy inviting promotions and bonuses but 2 thirds of the times they don't work. Coustomer service do all they can not to help: They first say you did not opt in to the promo. Then when you provide them with a screenshot they say "you played £9.80 instead of 10.
Also at least twice CASH money has disappeared from my account.
Really stay away!!! Rather play with the National lottery or with othe more serious casinos!!!!

Joined, verified and deposited. Withdrew 5 times, totalling £195. My account was locked 2 hours later, with 2 hours of tickets pre-bought. Received no email, no warnings, NOTHING. I received 1 withdrawal totalling £25. When on live chat, I was told this
“Alright. We have several layers of security checks, where upon registration of your account, an automated check is carried out”
Ok? Then they asked for a photo ID, a copy of my card, a utility bill AND a ‘selfie’ with my ID to prove who I was. Absolutely ridiculous.
My issue isn’t the ID, the selfie is just bordering on ridiculous. What’s annoyed me, is the fact they said they carry out checks to make sure you are who you say you are, continue to let you deposit and play but only when you withdraw, do they close your account. 99% of the sites I play, won’t let you deposit if your identity hasn’t been electronically verified first.
As for the actual site it’s a shambles, numerous crashes, error 404, not enough funds to purchase tickets, despite having a positive playing balance, server unavailable when purchasing tickets-the list goes on. But of course, the player gets the blame. We must clear the cache, the cookies, log out and in. They apparently don’t have ANY complaints about site issues, of course.
To sum it up, they’re shoddy and very misleading. I don’t recommend joining at all. I won’t be taking a ‘selfie’ of myself based on the fact I’m very, very unwell and I do not have my picture taken, let alone to send to people.
You can keep my £240.03 balance.

Yep, I wish I had read the reviews! Such a bad site. Welcome bonus received but not able to use anywhere... contacted live help twice who advised where to use it but all said insufficient funds... now I can't log in. Spent a small fortune lose to win rate shocking I feel like I have been robbed. Would close my account even with the money in there if I could get in. Avoid!

Loyalty point bonus winnings disappeared
After playing for a while, I converted loyalty points into bonus funds - after 'amazingly' playing through the wagering requirements and winning, my balance dropped from £74.21 to £5.72 - for no reason. It simply disappeared.
One agent tried to say there is a maximum conversion rate, which is true of some of their bonuses, but their own T&Cs for the loyalty points scheme do not mention this and only say:
6. Bonus has a 25x wagering requirement, and the bonus and bonus wins will be converted to real cash upon completion of wagering requirements.
I wouldn't mind if there was proper communication - but this happened on 3rd February. After four emails, two phone calls and three live chat requests, I'm still none the wiser. It's 10 days passed, and I am yet to even receive acknowledgement that this is being looked into from the appropriate team.
