    LuckyMate is a SCAM and a complete disgrace!

    I requested a withdrawal and was told to verify my documents. I sent everything correctly, immediately, and in full, yet my withdrawal has been blocked for days with no explanation. Meanwhile, I can deposit money into their system without a single issue. This is not a “delay” — this is stealing from customers under the guise of a platform.

    LuckyMate’s system is designed to take your money and refuse payouts. This is unethical, dishonest, and frankly criminal behavior. I will report this to all relevant authorities if my winnings are not released immediately.

    To anyone reading this: DO NOT USE LUCKYMATE. They cannot be trusted with your money. They are operating like a scam, allowing deposits but blocking withdrawals for no reason.

    Process my withdrawal now, or face the consequences.

    Good site

    Good site, deposited £1K and withdrawn £7.5K, I've uploaded all my documents including the debit card stuff. Just waiting for the withdrawal to come through. Not a fan of the live chat, as it always seems to be busy non stop.

Again contacted luckymate after they replied to my trust pilot review asking me to email which I had done several dozen times ( no response ) and still no response to my trust pilot email.     AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

    I signed up on January 21st, placed a bet which won and then tried to withdraw it the following day. One day on from this (Jan 23rd) I got asked to verify my account by providing ID/proof of address, which I did so and finally on Jan 29th I got confirmation of my withdrawal - or so I thought...

    After waiting the recommended 4-8 business days (ridiculous itself in this day) I reached out (Feb 12th) to say I had still not received my winnings. They then requested a further bank statement, which I provided, and then the next day received an email saying my withdrawal had been processed - except it hadn't. The Account Number did not match what I had provided them, and was instead using a different Account Number which I had originally given them as my Proof of Address - but regardless the money was in neither account! They then requested that I provide ANOTHER bank statement, this time for a specific date range of their choosing rather than a typical monthly statement.

    After providing this on Feb 25th, I had heard nothing more, so chased them up today to see where my money was, only to be told they have withdrawn it to the wrong account AGAIN, and once again the money wasn't showing in that account either!

    I am at my wits end going back and forth over email, providing bank statements and dealing with nameless customer service people (they refuse to provide a name or phone number to contact directly) who are all equally useless.

    I am in the process of reporting them to the gambling commission, but with the length of process involved I would strongly urge anyone against signing up with these crooks in the first place!

    Do not sign-up for this scam site. When you sign-up, they scam you. There's nothing on the promo that says you can only claim the 50 Free Spins with certain payments.

    I made two deposits and both times used the promo code. Got nothing. Was told by customer service "we can make an exception, if you wager another £10" guess wagering £20 wasn't enough the first time.

    When wagering the initial deposit, I got no bonuses, no multis, it was straight burning cash.

    If you like wasting money, and getting scammed play here.

    They also want a lot of documentation prior to actually getting to use your account, Passport, Bank Statements, they even wanted a photo of the front and back of a debit card.

    Very shady and scummy. Stay away!

    Don't expect they will be around long with awkward procedure and unseen low triggers

    signed up to see if worth considering for the future, gives the option of verification at the start which I did and passed, decent selection of games, depositing via bank trabsfer abit buggy but works, anyway deposited £100 to give them a try and decided to deposit further to be blocked with a restriction of a total deposit of £175, so deposited a extra £75 to then try out live games to have the bet rejected as it would hit my loss limit which I didnt set, checked my loss limits and deposit limits and nowhere near the restrictions, after a little play a pop up came up asking for proof of ID! this was already done!! just decided to stop and close my account and requested my last deposit back (£75) via trustly. Had a email saying please send bank statements etc which I couldn't as I closed my account , so replied to the email and attached , no response nor withdrawal (trustly is normally instant) so for anyone new playing its like jumping through hoops literally at small triggers, understand that UKGC stipulate rules and operators can interpret but most UK operators follow a similar pattern, Luckymate dont seem to follow the pattern!

    After their response, sent the info and no reply, its a case of trying to be seen doing the right thing when actually they dont

    Winnings weren’t paid into my account but now have been

    Almost a week now since I won £120 on two roulette spins and the funds weren’t added to my account. When I ask how long until this money is put back into my account and sorted I don’t get any timeframe. I was enjoying the site before this and didn’t have anything bad to say, But now I want my £120 back in my account so I can withdraw it. Someone needs to sort this or I’ll be going to the gambling commission about this. I will happily update this review to a 5* rating if this gets resolved.

    Edit - 1 week later and the money has finally gone into my account and been settled now, Other than that not had a problem with them so can’t fault them, Was just annoying waiting but golden now it’s all sorted!

    As others have said this "casino" is more than happy to take your money with no verification or anything needed, but in the unlikely chance that you win they will fight tooth and nail to stop you from getting your money out, even if it's only pennies!!!. They'll suddenly stop your withdrawal and make you jump through multiple hoops submitting every single detail about yourself including your ENTIRE DEBIT CARD and every bank statement imaginable. As soon as I get my withdrawal (if I ever do!) I'm leaving this website behind.

    Disgraceful company

    Disgraceful company, easy taking your deposit money then refuse to pay you when you request a withdraw. They ask for I.ds bank statements then once provided they delay and find another excuse not to pay out. Have heard the same from several people since. Stay away from this site, they are absolute scammers and plus the webpage is the worse I have ever seen. It’s a con and scam to not let you withdraw after depositing. Do not use.
