Second time getting an account from them, and have gotten items 3 or 4 times so far and have had a great experience everytime. I was super hesitant the first time around as I know other places take back accounts/rip others off but they are very professional and kind here so i highly suggest using them for whatever it is that you need. I haven't got services done yet but will definitely be getting them to do my infernal at some point if I can't get it done. Thank you again!

Trusted company and provided the payment for my gold.

Advised that payments can take over an hour (which is understandable), however, as a company who has taken possession of my items - I should be provided accurate ETAs for when my funds should arrive. I should not have to chase every hour to find updates.

Other than this, the customer service was polite and communicated as much as they could.

Purchase price is good. I would recommend to other people for sure.

OMG, thought I'd be scammed, so I bought something low in RL monies. Graff was an absolute mad man, I made an account, purchased an item, immediately got a message and was told where to meet, confirmed the items over the chat and traded. Seriously, will be back for more, brilliant.

Sold me a Jagex account with an ironman attached, then a month later the JAGEX account gets disabled completely out the blue. If it was anything to do with the character then the character would have been banned but instead its the jagex account that came attached to the character. Tried talking to Graff about this but he claims it is my own fault. but once again, if i was botting or rwt or whatever it could be then the CHARACTER would have been banned not have the jagex account disabled. No refunds or compensation offered. Awful business practice and WOULD NOT recommend anyone use this company.
