I have 80k on luckyacebet and I paid…

I have 80k on luckyacebet and I paid the $50 they said I had to pay to authenticate my account. Now they want me to pay a 10% transfer fee that I can only pay using bitcoin. I didn’t try to redeem the entire 80k. I only tried to redeem 1000 just so I can see if they were legit or not. I had a bad feeling from the get, especially because I was able to win to easy and almost instantly and so much money.

End of Antillephone N.V

End of Antillephone N.V. Licensing:

As of November 1, 2024, Antillephone N.V. is no longer issuing or renewing licenses. Any license previously issued by them (e.g., license number 8048/JAZ) is now considered expired.
New Licensing Authority:

Curaçao has restructured its regulatory framework, transferring licensing responsibilities to the Curaçao Gaming Control Board (GCB) as part of broader reforms to improve oversight and accountability in the online gambling industry.
Implications for Casinos:

Casinos that previously held an Antillephone license, such as LuckyAceBet, should have taken one of two actions:
Applied for a new Curaçao license directly from the GCB to comply with updated regulations.
Sought a license from an alternative jurisdiction recognized for online gambling operations.
Concerns for Players:

If LuckyAceBet is still operating under an Antillephone license or references this expired license, it may not be compliant with Curaçao’s new regulations. This raises concerns about its legitimacy and accountability.
Without a valid and active license, the casino might lack the regulatory oversight necessary to ensure fair play, secure transactions, and proper dispute resolution.
Recommendations:
Verify Licensing Status:

Check if LuckyAceBet has updated its licensing to comply with the new Curaçao regulations. This can often be done by reviewing the Curaçao Gaming Control Board’s website or contacting them directly.
Exercise Caution:

If LuckyAceBet has not updated its license or fails to provide clear evidence of licensing under a recognized authority, consider this a red flag. It might indicate non-compliance or operation in a gray area.
Consider Alternatives:

Look for online casinos with transparent licensing and regulatory oversight from jurisdictions known for stringent enforcement, such as the UK Gambling Commission, Malta Gaming Authority, or the new Curaçao framework under the GCB.
In short, any casino still claiming to operate under Antillephone N.V. after November 1, 2024, is likely operating without a valid license. This could expose players to higher risks, such as fraud, unfair gaming practices, or unresolved disputes.
