9 weeks delivery, 8 minutes to destroy

"Unbreakable" dog chew toy ordered on 4th December 2024, finally arrived on 20th January 2025, took my Labrador 1 minute to tear the stitches apart and exactly 8 minutes to completely destroy it. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!

Absolutely Criminal

These guys are absolutely scam artists. No product after 6 weeks and no contact since early January.

At no point did they say they were outside the UK or that delivery would take so long.

Absolute criminals and the sad thing is that they will probably get away with lying and deceipt.

All the indestructible dog toy for…

All the indestructible dog toy for heavy chewers on1 December 2024 received tracking with tracking the item there nothing happened for about a week so I contacted the seller. This was just before Christmas. They told me it had been shipped still hadn’t arrived after Christmas so I contacted PayPal who I paid with and said that I hadn’t received the item. I told me to contact the seller who refused to give me a refund because it had been posted. I actually posted it on the 9th of January 2025 when I contacted them received the toy today 17th of January 2025 and within 30 seconds of given it to my dog the stuffing came out and it had a big hole in it. Do not use this seller. I am now trying to get a refund. Fingers crossed it happens. I have pictures and video, but unfortunately on trust pilot, I cannot upload them.

Zero stars - rip off

Zero stars. One star is too many.

I ordered an attractive looking mushroom themed lamp, waited for months, and then it arrived without the mushroom shaped lights.

Luckpig requested a photo of the contents, which I provided, then a photo of the labelling, which I also provided.

Now, instead of offering to make it right, they are asking for a video of the package contents which clearly would provide no more information than they already have.

Save yourselves a headache, folks, and avoid Luckpig.

(Un)breakable Dog Toy

Ordered an unbreaka bear for my dog. This toy had a viral video boasting how tough it was and showed pictures of huge bulldogs not being able to destroy it etc. My small staffie ripped its legs and stuffing out within 15 minutes of having it.

Customer service only wants to offer 4 pound compensation and says it's because my dog has sharp teeth...

Avoid, scam drop shipping company with cheap products. I'm not the only one ripped off.

Absolute garbage!

Absolute garbage!! Stay clear.
I ordeded a so called indistructable dog toy. I paid and they also took a transaction fee out straight after on top of the payment (which I got refunded ) toy took over a month to arrive. Dacshund had it 10 mins and ripped the face.
I sent a polite email over a week ago and no response.
S**holes like this need closing down.

PLEASE Avoid

PLEASE Avoid - Purchase of the Indestructible Bear was made December 2024, having waited several weeks for the Indestructible bear to arrive, it lasted less than 4 minutes ! immediately splitting down the back and under the arm and worse exposing a plastic squeaker that represents a real choking hazard to our pets.

The company offered a £2 refund, no care about the dangerous goods they are supplying or any improvements in quality (currently the Bear is not fit for purpose) let alone Indestructible so very much a case of poor service and false advertising..

I only give 1 star because that’s the lowest option, I would rather show a minus figure.
I ordered a dog toy that Luckpig claim was in chewable which would be great for our retriever.
It took ages to arrive, once unpacked and given to my dog it was ripped open within 3 minutes.
Totally false claims and marketing re being in chewable. When I contacted them re there claim of a full refund if not satisfied, I also send pictures of the damaged toy. They replied with some generic statement offering me £2 then £4. What a joke of a company. Since then despite plenty of polite emails being sent they now act like Ostrich’s and bury their heads in the sand. No replies hoping I’ll go away which I will most definitely won’t.
Do not use this company, I was only aware of the issues once I made some check following my experience. If I had seen these reviews and comments before I would not have used them.
Total wasters and con artists.

(Un)breakabear!!!!

Had a very similar experience to previous reviews. What you think is a UK company given their email address to then receive a US tracker & then be notified by British Mail that my parcel from China is out for delivery!!!
Having resigned myself to the fact that this Christmas present would be late I was at least looking forward to seeing my dog having hours of fun with his “unbreakable” “ indestructible “ bear!!!! Within minutes the stuffing was flying all over the floor!!
To be fair to the company, they didn’t ignore my complaint & did send a reply however an offer of £2 compensation or return the product to China at my expense for a refund hardly qualifies for customer service, together with their “reassurance “ that “the relevant departments double confirmed that the products sent were correct!” I can only assume the person sewing & the person checking haven’t been to Specsavers anytime recently!!!
Needless to say, I shan’t be returning the product, just putting it down to bad experience!!!

Completely false endorsement in the…

Completely false endorsement in the sale of the unbreakable bear!¡ when it eventually arrived it was less than 10mins before my 10month old labradoodle had a mouth full of stuffing. I know that dog toys won't last for long at this age, but their branding and product description was completely false. When I contacted them, they offered £2 refund and I had paid £18 without the postage and said I could keep the toy.
Then when I said no they increased the refund to £5 but said I need to return the toy and I would need to cover the postage. Absolutely disgusting, this toy was completely unsafe for my dog and not fit for purpose. How are company's like this allowed to do this? Why aren't trading standards looking into companies like this. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY! DO NOT TRUST!!!

Unbreaka-Bear not for heavy chewers

Bought the unbreaka-Bear which the advertisement was for heavy chewers or your money back. My dog destroyed the toy within 5min. I reached out to the support to be told that they would compensate me £2 and I can keep the product. Not worth the money and effort.
