Tracking link showed it coming from the US. The parcel arrived from China after 10 weeks (and 2 weeks in Manchester if the tracking is to be believed).

The unbreakable toy was broken in less than 1 minute.

Scam, as they are refusing to refund more than £4 for a £15 item.

Should have done my research.

Absolute scam avoid at all costs wish I looked at reviews before buying. Please avoid this website and products, cheap Chinese rubbish.

I brought the dog toy within 5 minutes the stitching had come out waited 5 weeks for it too arrive absolutely rubbish they said sorry I was not happy even though I sent a picture of the fault and suggested i give it to someone else and offered me a £3 refund avoid this company should be banned from selling

I ordered a ‘unbreakable dog toy’ which by the way took over 9 weeks to arrive (from China) totally fraudulent as my 13 month old jack russell destroyed it within 5 minutes and we were totally shocked and angry as this was a con and cheap shite which I paid over £10 for
Do not buy from them I’ve asked for a full refund doubt I’ll get it but please avoid like the plague

I ordered on the13th December and read that the toys would be delivered before Christmas. After a lot of chasing the toys finally arrived today. With a 48 hour tracked postmark. No apology. Do not order from this company. I could have ordered from temu at half the price and quicker delivery.would never use this company again.

Ordered way before Christmas and I have had emails stating that the item was delivered on the 13th January 2025... I checked my ring camera and no one delivered anything. Been emailing them to which they have no been very useful and have stated that the don't know the answer as they use different couriers... No help. No refund and no toy... Stay away from this site

Bought an indestructible toy for my dog. Took 7 weeks to arrive. Lasted 10 minutes !! Upon complaining they said dogs have "sharp teeth". Asked for a refund they asked me to send at my own expense to send it back to China !!
Avoid this company like the plague.
A complete waste of money.

Poor service. The toy was destroyed in less than 15 minutes and now they want to pay me £5 for my trouble. No full refund.

Item not delivered. Should have read reviews before ordering. Will not be using this company again.

I didnt even want to add any stars order a product 10.12.24 still not received it been in touch by email, and I'm just receiving lip service its an absolute joke, shipping company say unable to deliver but according to the tracking its not left Birmingham for 3 weeks

Ordered way before Christmas and had to keep chasing. Indestructible dog toy arrived 20th January and was destroyed by a very small dog within half a day. Have been offered £3, which I have declined. Biggest con ever. Do not touch this company with a long pole.

Pity I can’t give 0 star… it’s a scam, terrible cheap products from china for ten times the price… very disappointing

Shocking stay away from this company this is a scam I have been back and forward now with them 5 times but still no resolution they have told me that the item was delivered I have checked cctv and this has definitely not I also sent them a screen shot of the date and time. still waiting to see what they come back with now

If I could give no stars I would.
Ordered two indestructible dog toys in November. Still not arrived as of 23rd January.
The tracking number shows delivered, it’s not and it’s not been left with neighbours.
Told to check with post office but the tracking number isn’t a Royal Mail one and they don’t have it.
Asked for a refund and told again to check with post office.
I feel scammed and will update if I’m ever refunded.

Ordered a calender,still waiting 3 months for it to arrive.Tracking says it originated in the USA,but the customer services are in China.They completely miss lead buyers,its states UK in the company name.All they sent to me was the tracking link,which I already had.Its been in Edinburgh with a courier for 4 weeks,feel like it's a scam.I wish I'd looked at their reviews first,similar experience from other buyers.

Ordered a dog toy which is advertised as 'unbreakable'. Didn't even last 10mins. Refused a refund, offered £7 'compensation' for a £30 order. What an absolute joke and a scam! Do not order from them.

Ordered 2 unbreakable bear dog toys.
Finally arrived after 8 weeks.
Terrible communication from company whilst trying to find any information on delivery.
Finally arrived yesterday, and lasted all of 20 minutes.
Contacted them and requested a refund, as they promises in their advert, received email today, offering a £6 compensation payment.
Toys cost £32.

Absolutely shocking £16 for a so called indestructible pet toy yet my dog destroyed it in 5 mins sent an email with photo and they offered me £3 don’t think so want the full refund

Ordered dog teddy on 8th December, arrived 22nd Jan and within 10 minutes the seams had split, absolute rubbish, don’t buy

Had never heard of this company but found a couple of unusual items that were fairly cheap so thought we’d try them. Same as other people thought we were ordering from uk but items came from USA and China. One was broken and one was totally the wrong item. Have tried to get refunds for both items but they don’t offer the full amount even though their packaging is to blame for the broken item! Will never order from them again and I strongly recommend others don’t bother with them. Their customer service is hopeless!
