I’ve never had an issue with these guys and appreciate their openness. Gutted to have never won but that’s the fun in trying to win a highly popular sneaker!

Great idea in general, no doubt .I won a pair of Travis 1 Low OG , they arrived after 3 weeks. Upon opening the box, the pair had some serious flaws, therefore I immediately informed the company and asked for my pair to be replaced , as I cannot accept this one due to the issues and it kills the joy of the whole experience of winning. One of the laces was ripper, the right toebox was completely out of shape, excessive paint splashing on the sole and a small section of the toebox has a loose glue. The company rejected my request, as they don't accept returns (check their T&C carefully). The excuse was that they can't be sure that I'll return the same pair. They claimed that the pair was carefully inspected by them and they didn't find anything wrong with it. Upon mentioning The Consumer Right Act 2015, the subject gets ignored. I was just offered to get the money for my ticket back and some credit for future raffles. My personal advice to anyone - if you win a high value product, get the cash alternative and buy the pair yourself. 0 chances of getting the company to admit a mistake and take responsibility, no help at all. Also if you choose to get the pair instead of cash ,it's a long wait, not what's mentioned in their T&C as the pairs are not in physical stock.

I have entered so many times and never won. I feel like I am giving away money.

I am not sure what records you are looking at, but I have entered more than two times, and I have purchased more than one ticket at a time.
I will take your advise, but I am not taking a break and coming back, I am completely leaving. Your raffle is not fun!! I have spent my money in thinking that I can win, but the joke is on me, because I will never win.

I've had an extremely positive experience from them. They went out of their way to help me, and were always courteous and willing to answer questions no matter how trivial. Prior to this I hadn't known about them for very long, but I can vouch that they are totally trustworthy and genuinely nice people, a pleasure to deal with. Thanks again.

The team are super engaging and open to suggestions. Having been lucky enough to be a winner the pair came fairly quickly and were new and not fake. Have entered numerous raffles and certainly worth a go if you’ve missed out on shoes and refuse to pay resale values like me!

A great independent company , with a lot of these types of raffles floating around lucked out laces are the best , if there is ever an issue they help straight away , and with great odds too

Lucked Out Laces are amazing. I’ve been lucky enough to win twice and have managed to get hold of one of my all time favourite trainers because of them. They’ve also managed to create a super friendly community of likeminded people and also regularly put on charity events as well.

Really love the different selection of trainers that you raffle. The prices are amazing, specially when you do them for 99p. Hoping to get a win soon. Keep up the great work!

Such a good company. I've entered a couple raffles, not won yet but my wife has. Shoes were in perfect condition, sent quickly. They're really active on social media and regularly give away free tickets.

Honest and transparent sneaker raffle site. Very easy and secure to use site. Great community vibe too.
